Beautiful location, access to amazing amenities including an almost private beach and pool. Easy parking, gorgeous view and a great hosting team very responsive.

The location is the best part of the property, its not in the town but not too far off from it as well. There is a huge pool, lot of restaurants with in Havana. The house is nicely done with all modern appliances and facilities available with in the apartment.

Location is perfect, we could travel from the place by car to see amazing views of Salalah as well as walk around and spend some time on the beach. And in the end of each day had lovely dinner on the balcony with stunning view of the ocean 👍

Nothing to dislike!

The apartment has an absolutely amazing view over the lagoon, it is located at a very peaceful area, and you can see a spectacular sunset right from the terrace. Walking distance from a private beach is a big plus. Everything was clean and comfortable with a great provided manual from activities and restaurant suggestions to a food delivery, etc.The owner and manager were both great and very flexible. I highly recommend this place :)

Excellent location, clean rooms nice view. All facilites available in the apartment. Very friendly host. Check-in was sommoth and check out even smoother.

Everything was perfect

The apartment is very new, clean, and well furnished. It is close to swimming pool and 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is perfect especially for couples.

all ok, just you have to be aware that it is a bit of a walk to the beach as the resort is very big. though you have swimming pools almost just next to the apartment

Some of the cutlery and crockery wasn't clean. Blinds that you can pull up would be a good idea in the bedroom.

Lovely spacious apartment. Small but functional kitchen and having a washing machine was great. The swimming pool is fantastic. It's shared between all the apartments/villas but there was hardly anyone else there. The beach is just a short walk away.

Customer service is worst .. They don’t take any calls I had to wait around 45 min to get checked in .. neither they send any locations before hand . Kettle was not cleaned and kitchen sink was blocked . Coffee tea mugs with old coffee .. altogether customer service is just bullshit

The aircondition was making noise for 2 nights (1st one was ok) contacted host, night before.. He said thatbhe check (i guess on the phone with engineer) and he said ok without even coming. I understand was night however why he said was ok without checking? Next morning i reported again (no answer) i did again 3rd time in the late afternoon finally someone check and the mentioned they could not fix so last night was sleepless again. I totally understand that guys working hard and try to their best. But host did not do anything to chech in the eveing (i still can understand) but why he said is ok without sending someone. The biggest issue as in the morning that we were neglected... Simply he could saybwe are busy but no answet from 11 till evening 6.30pm...which is bad very bad... They host ask me if i slept after 2nd night...but we could not for 2 nights because of the noise.
