The parking was pretty tight, especially during the night. I was a little worried about parking my rental in a tight spot. But it's Muscat, so it's kind of expected.

It feels like it's time for a refurb.... The hotel itself is quite dated and the pool, although nice, faces a highway. Needs something to screen the view/sound from the cars driving by.

The hotel is old however it has all the comforts needed for a short stay. Decent amenities including pool, pool bar, gym, restaurant and small spa. Friendly staff.

Nothing, maybe put some tour leaflets at the reception, to help people have ideas of what to visit, where to go, what to do. This is good for the hotel and for tour operators

nice breakfast staff is professional and kind there are some corner shops whithin walking distance, which is rare in Muscat as everything requires a car

Website says it has 3 restaurants serving different food but the menu we saw for 2 of them were exactly the same. We ate at the Lazy Lizard one evening and the food wasn’t very good and was very over priced. In both Lazy Lizard and O’Malley’s Irish pub later in the evening (after 9pm ish) the clientele seemed to be old men with very young women which made for uncomfortable viewing, think these bars are used for that kind of thing which is a shame. Alcohol also expensive - glass of house wine £10.

Check in efficient. Room spacious & clean. Pool area was lovely. Good WiFi throughout hotel including pool, bars & rooms. Muscat is very spread out as a city and hard to walk around so you have to drive or get taxis, so location of the hotel is fine as not everything is in one place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and buffet breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We attended their New Year’s Eve dinner and it was great.

Muscat is not a compact city and many of the hotels are spread out along the main 6 lane highways... stretching from airport to old town/harbour. Makes it a bit difficult to explore or even find a local neighbourhood or get to the beach but this is so probably for many hotels in town, and not the 'fault' of the Rad Blu.

Socialable kind of place - with guests and staff. Excellent food, especially good choice at breakfast. Poolside very pleasant with gardens. Room of high quality - well equipped. Relaxed vibes.

The stuff was really nice, but the frist day on our arrival the lady at the reception spoke so quietly that it was impossibile to understand what she was saying. We spent one whole day at the swimming pool but we didn’t know that you cak order food there, there is no sign or anything. We just discovered later in tha afternoon, it would have been great to have a menu on the tables and a super flyer in the room with all the service s offered. Anyways, it was a great stay.

We loved it here. Great location to visit Muscat and really nice and warm swimmingpool.

I had a problem with the sockets in the room. They quickly sent someone in to look at it and it held but happened again. They should have charging ports near the beds. Restaurant prices too high for the quality you get.

I think the prices should be a bit lower. Make more promotions and attract more. I didn’t know about Raddison Blue until I tried it while it’s really a good option specially for down town trip

A charming hotel for families, couples and solo travellers. I stayed only a night but I was impressed how helpful and kind the staff were. The view from the pool side also gave me the chance to watch the sunset from my room.

Not the best coffee machine as staff had to clean it all the time so it often didnt work. Scrambled eggs were quite dry. Food at the hotel was quite expensive in comparision with food outside of the hotel, but on the other hand it was always delicious!

We came here for holidays and we can say that this place exceeded our expectations! Very nice and clean swimming pool, food was amazing, staff friendly. Room met our expectations. Everything was clean. Gym very nice and massages very recommended. Very nice to spend an evening outside with nice weather and drinks.
