Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel room was very dirty and you can not even see the the white curtain became a black ! Also the night club open until 3:00 am in thr morning you need to hear all musics and drunk people noises !
To be honest even staff not friendly.

Nice room and great staff. Good breakfast and nice pool and gym area. Good location with other restaurants in walking distance although crossing roads needed some care. Good location for quick airport run and hire cars can be delivered to the hotel by Europe Car.

Need to keep extra bottles of water because we called 3 times for the same as well as the Dental and Slippers.
Rooms were very clean and the staff at the reception very helpful and good service.

No sound proof windows the road noise is very disturbing. The left also seems to have a knocking sound every time it operates so good luck if you booked one of the room near the left. And then there is bar sound. WOW

The venue is showing its age , it now looks rather old and outdated both in the rooms and around the structure , e.g. pool area, gym, dining area etc. Furthermore the Lazy Lizard club on the ground/basement floor of the Hotel generates so much vibrations form the music that we could hear it late at night on the 6th floor of the building. With two small kids definitely not ideal.
Staff was polite and helpful enough in assisting us , afraid they struggle with the limitations set by the now old and outdated structure

We extended our stay for another 3 nights directly with the reception. We continued to have issues with our card every time we wanted to enter our room. We complained multiple times, and reception wasn’t helpful. Truly it was so annoying. Front desk staff should be more oriented to serve customers and meet their needs in the smoothest way possible. Additionally we always found the bathroom lacks towels or not properly cleaned. It is very unfortunate what we encountered and how they dealt with it.
The hotel generally is nice, great location and rooms are well equipped.

Very unprofessional service for 4 stars international brend hotel. I had impression that the gentleman in beautiful traditional uniform are one their first day at work. Very unprofessional situation. Is only one lady (foreigner) and is only one person who know what to do. You should give her double salary and fire the rest.

The hotel experience was disappointing. There was no valet parking, no one greeted us at the entrance, and both the receptionist and manager were unwelcoming. The room was okay, but the hotel felt outdated, the bathroom needed renovation, and the thin walls made it easy to hear neighbors. The baby cot was filthy, and we had to request basics like slippers, soap, and even extra water, which was very inconvenient.
The hotel is in a good location, but it’s on a very busy street, so be prepared for potential traffic delays. We didn’t use the facilities like the swimming pool, but judging by the condition of the bathroom, it likely needs renovation as well.
