Very friendly staff from front desk to bar (Thanks for the free upgrade). A big shout out to Salim at The Lazy Lizard (always smiling, always obliging) & Amrit for maintaining cleanliness of room. Shukran! If you want to explore Muscat, then you aren't too far away from the sights, provided you have own transport or use oTaxi. Loved the pool, just the tonic (!) & the hearty breakfast will set you up for the day. 👍😊🤠

The stay was great but while I’m doing check-out, unfortunately the Omani girl receptionist haven’t any communication skills which really bad for a hotel like this! she doesn’t treat you with respect and she arguing with you like she is in a fight. However the Omani Man receptionist in night shift was very helpful.

This attitude is not acceptable you can at least change the torn curtains we expect clean room in Raddison Even though it’s an old property , can be maintained
it’s an old property let us tell you about the good first good toilets and well lighted rooms kept good coffee, tea, shampoos etc toilets were kept clean

From the moment we walked into reception, the staff could not have been more helpful. Free room upgrade without even asking. staff at the outside bar were extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was amazing - egg chef prepared me poached eggs - done to perfection. Another small thing where price of alcohol in alot of the hotels in oman are extremely high -some of the special offers the Radisson provided were extremely well priced - excellent!!!!
