Restaurant wasn't operative in the morning--they seemed puzzled that we'd want breakfast. I never saw anyone else using it. There were some strange goings-on in the night, a woman pounding on our door, people coming and going at all hours. This is probably due to the licensed bar on the premises. Room decor and fittings were comfortable, pretty clean, but tired, needing updating. Seeb itself is a good place to stop over, do some snorkelling or diving with one of the dive companies, and get ready to go home. It's very convenient to the airport, 25 mins.

This hotel was before renovation. Restaurant is not working but the staff bring the breakfast to our hotelroom. Room was musty and smelly.

It’s no place to have some food, only room service and food is not good. We order 2 times breakfast and we couldn’t eat anything.

Location was perfect for us, as it really close to Seed Marina, where we were taking boat to islands.

The facilities looks quite old, the breakfast is good but we wait around 45 min to get it. The location is far from the main attractions points but is very convenient if you are planning to take the tour to Daymaniat Islands, cuz the hotel is 10 min walking from the port.

The hotel is average. The room is fair, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

They should work on breakfast service. I have stayed in many hotels and resorts but din't see this kind where they take orders and then prepare from the requisite menu which is almost similar in cuisine type. The property is good and it can be turned around genuinely to provide better service to its customer.

The facility (except the rooms) looks like it has the best years behind it - I believe it could use a little refreshment. The gym was closed - could not get in. The nearby beach is not very big and it is a bit rocky - so if you are looking for a beach nice beach you would have to go somewhere else by car. There was a noisy A/C or something in the bathroom which you could not turn off - it can be disturbing in the night but you can get used to it.

The room is very spacious and clean. Looked like it was refreshed in recent years. The staff was very helpful, very nice and polite. Location is not perfect but it is near the sea and if you have a car than location is not a problem. Breakfast was very good with a big enough portions (you don't get a buffet - it is one of three options: continetal / arabic / english). Pool is nice (even if we did not use it because of the weather and plans), but please mind that the water can be cold in winter.

So after all this why do I rate it a 6? The place reminded me of out-of-town joints where men go to smoke, get drunk and "have fun". A lot of money seems to have been spent on doing up the decor but the standard finally seems very basic and not classy. Look at the photo of the colored poles to get an idea. The only dining area which seemed to be "not a bar", by their own description (not sure why they recommended that place for me and wife if we wanted to just eat!!!) was the circular place near the reception. While the food was good the whole place was deserted with lights off until we went in (dinner and breakfast) and smelled of pesticide sprays. This might be a good place for men's outings but I don't really recommend this as the place to be for couples or families. I wouldn't go again if in the area, even if I got a free room - I simply didn't like the ambience. Happy it was just an overnight transit halt.

The staff are simply great - helpful, smiling and - attentive. The premises is big and the rooms are spacious. The location is pretty close to Route 1, making it easy for transit halts. The food was served hot and was tasty. There is enough parking on site and also a decent pool with depth ranging from 4-8ft.
