Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room not totally soundproof. If you are in front of the elevator, you can hear it sound every 30 seconds and you can hear your neighbors if they are noisy.
Overall, very good ratio quality-price and the staff is very kind !

Best hotel in Muscat!! We really recommend it! We were upgraded and we had a very late check out which was really useful given the flight hour! Very good location right in the center the spa and pool are nice too! The breakfast is so good as well! Thank you for everything and we’ll come back for sure!

Being a Tea person, I really missed my Tea @ the Hotel. 'Tea sachets Medium blend' in restaurant & in room, was disappointing [a stronger version of regular tea would have worked magic] 'Karak Tea' served during the breakfast was just little more than warm & overly spiced with masala - a Total Turn Off for me. Huge Queue @ Live Egg Cooking Counter. Breakfast did not change much, During peak times, Dishes took time to restock. Exhaust in bathroom missing ?? - didn't seem like it had one. We had to keep the door open after each use. TV channel selection disappointing.
Reception & Lobby Staff were very warm and helpful. We got a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was very nice. Additional Bed requested at the time of Check-in - was sent to our room within 5 mins of us entering our assigned room. Head Chef Mr. Prakash who handled the live egg cooking counter during breakfast was exceptional - In spite of having guests around him placing orders with different specs, he executed the orders perfectly and that too with a polite smiling face & was willing to answer queries as well. Check-in & Check-out was very fast.

The coffee area feels a bit like a waiting area instead of a place to sit and have coffee and cake.

Quite far from the old city and from the beach walkway. Need a taxi for almost everything.
Nice hotel in Muscat. Clean, large and comfortable room. Breakfast is nice. Gym as well.

I just had a problem with my internet speed and it was solved for me.
Everything is beautiful as they say, no mistakes, and very high-class treatment from all officials with a smile. I don’t think there is a competitor to them

the room was so warm and the windows could not be opened. I slept with the room door open since the airco made too much noice.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and great facilities. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. It’s not too far from the airport and there are many restaurants nearby. Basement parking is also available. I’ll definitely book again when I return to Muscat.
