The location. There’s not much to see by foot. But I wasn’t too bothered as I just needed to relax after an overnight flight. And if had to be picky: duvet too think and noisy aircon

Everything was perfect. A great place to land at after a very long trip from australia. We arrived at 2am and were greeted by a warm and professional staff. Upgraded and in our rooms very quickly. The rooms were a very high standard - similar to our hyatts. Rooftop resturant and pool. Private suana and spa. Great shower and AMAZING bed.

Everything is great starting with the location which is in the heart of the city center . Extremely helpful and smiling staff. The rooms are big and clean.the breakfast is great and many varieties.for sure am recommending the property for all upcoming visitors for Muscat.

Very spacious, nice, clean rooms with super big bed. High recommend breakfast and coffee (absolutely amazing! ☕️ The best coffee I had in Oman in 12 days. Breakfast was wonderful, super testy, I love it mango 🥭 jogurt 🥰 . Staff super profesional, kind and helpful. In the evening go the 🔝 roof. You can relax there after busy day with a great coffee ☕️😃

The windows in the room cannot be opened.

The hotel is new, with all the facilities described. Good breakfast. Muscat being a very large city, everything was quite far from the hotel. You need to use taxi services. This would not be a problem if taxi drivers did not charge very high prices for foreign tourists, not having devices (taximeters) in the car.

Great location, parking underground and plenty of parking on the street. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within a walking distance. Close to 2 big malls. Staff are friendly, everything is clean and the room was spacious. The pool is amazing, with beautiful views and caring staff. Towels were provided. Price is also worthy. We would stay again!

Breakfast OK but could be à little more diverse Rooms and beds are great unlike pillows which are not soft enough and too high.. View of some rooms are right in front of a wall

However, I’ve noticed that the prices have been increasing unseasonably over the years, which is disappointing. While the quality of service is great, I hope the management considers more stable and reasonable pricing for loyal guests. Overall, it’s still a good choice for a comfortable stay

The hotel’s location is perfect. We could also park our car in the underground parking.. very straightforward. We’ve been upgraded with a better room which was really amazing. The bed was one of the comfortable I’ve ever slept in.
