Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicNice resort in the desert, 4G signal. Very good dinner, as well as breakfast. We drove to the resort in a rented 4WD car, no problems. In the office they gave us a map of how to get to the road to the desert. The road through the desert was also a beautiful experience, the dunes are very nice. Along the way we saw grazing camels.

United KingdomThe camp is located in the desert, it was amazing. I was able to walk 15 mins over a dune to be in the middle of the desert while being close enough to camp. I was able to do that walk for sunset, sunrise and in the middle of the night to do some stargazing. Dinner and breakfast were buffets, so you won't go hungry at all. The facilities for very comfortable and also very clean.

AustriaThey're offering camel rides and tie the camels front legs so they don't go far while no one's riding them. :(
Beautiful camp with super friendly staff and a good price including delicious breakfast and dinner. Nice variety, also for vegetarians. We booked the driver as we didn't have a 4x4 car and the price was absolutely fair. After a super fun drive to the camp with a little dune bashing the driver took as on some dunes to see the sunset.

GermanyNothing to complain.
The host was super nice and welcoming. The cabins are cute and clean. It is not a small camp but there were very rare guests at the time we've been there. From the duins right next to the camp you have a nice view for sunset and sunrise. At nighttimes you can see lots of stars even from inside the camp. You can walk a bit outside to get a better view. To get to the camp you have to have a 4x4 since it is quite far into the desert. It is a 18 km offroad drive but duable with the right car. Checkin-in is at an office in the city close by. You can pay by card. They give you the coordinates of the location where you have to enter the desert. From there you just go straight on the sandy path. Navigating is simple and in the camp you have service again. Dinner and breakfast is nice (buffet). There are enough vegetarian and vegan options.

PakistanThe food was okish. Requires some betterment in that part. Also they didn’t arrange the camp fire possibility because of low capacity however the camp fire experience would have been great in the desert
The property is ideally located for an experience in desert camp far away from any hustle and bustle. The property also has a small cafe for the coffee lovers. The unit also holds air conditioning and hot water availability. The service from the staff was also good

The tents provide all the essentials, offering the option to select either a room or tent. Our family of four stayed in a tent, creating wonderful memories. Optimal experiences include visiting during a full moon, where strolling on the moonlit sands becomes a captivating adventure. The camp's staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, diligently ensuring our comfort. Despite not feeling well one night, they consistently checked in to assist. Special thanks goes to Farhad and Khalek, who went above and beyond, making our stay enjoyable. They truly enhance the camp's appeal and I look forward to returning in the future.
