Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

SwitzerlandAmazing experience, 10/10. I'm so glad I've chosen this camp among the countless possibilities: incredible location, everything was absolutely spotless and there was great attention to every small detail, the food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Last but not least, the camp has only 4 tents, so there's a super cozy/familiar vibe where you get to meet and chat with other travelers, and with the camp staff as well (who are very kind and welcoming, as all Omanis, and will make your stay just unforgettable). Don't look any further –book Infinity Camp. You won't regret it!

Everyone is SO KIND!! I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff and loved the quiet and intimacy of a smaller camp (only 4 tents). It was so fun meeting people from all over the world at dinnertime and breakfast, and the campfire after dinner was amazing for sharing conversation over tea while stargazing. Everything was so comfy and clean - the bed was comfortable and I loved being able to shower underneath the stars! Finding the camp was easy enough and I had a wonderful time here. Definitely go dune bashing with Ibrahim! The food was so yummy and plentiful and the sunrises/sunsets cannot be missed. I’m so glad I chose this place to stay!!

United KingdomThe location is beautiful and so peaceful. The tents are stylish and very comfortable. The food was wonderful. The night time campfire was the perfect way to enjoy star gazing. We loved our dune bashing excursion with Ibrahim (who also provided our transfer) and our sunset camel ride was an unforgettable experience.

The central tent was a lovely place to relax (with board games, tea/coffee etc), the location of the camp was very peaceful, and the staff were very accommodating and easy going! The food was also super yum with a good mix of traditional and western options for both breakfast and dinner. On top of all this, plenty of activities available (camel riding, dune bashing, sand boarding) - we went sunset dune bashing and sunrise camel riding, both were amazing experiences! Plus, the fire pit and star gazing in the evening was such a lovely way to finish off the day!

ChinaIt’s nobody’s fault, just didn’t expect to have so much airplane noise at night. The breakfast was below average and not authentic arabic or middle eastern in anyway.
Small camp, with only four tents, and remote from anywhere or anyone else. The tents are pretty and the beds are comfortable.

United KingdomWe should have listened to the advice from the office about not driving in to the dessert without having a 4 x 4. Some of the dunes are very steep. We got stuck on route and had to turn back and luckily managed to get our transfer! The direction to the camp doesn’t always show on maps so for ease and comfort please book the transfer
We were wowed by the decor and every camp had attention to detail with decor and small amenities like bins , cosy side tables and cushions with cool rugs. Its setting was private , only 4 tents in the camp which made it exclusive. The private bathrooms were v cool. Showering with no roof , sun hitting your face was luxury. Haroon and abdullah made our stay so special. They worked non stop and made us feel very comfortable and at ease throughout. Ibrahim and Mohamed brought fun and laughter on our transfers and trips. A must visit to wadi Khaled , camel rides and dune bashing . We had our special private dinner which was a real memory. It is all solar powered electricity which is great for the environment. The food provided in the camp was delicious.

Oman… the zipper on the tents are a bit noisy. I can not find anything else we did not like !
The silence and tranquility in the beautiful surroundings of the Wahiba dunes. The kindness of the staff, and the excellent hosting and delicious food. The tents are big and beds are very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the surfing on the dunes under the sunset and sunrises. The camp is small and very quiet as it is powered with panels 😊⭐️

OMG this place!! Super worth it. The tents are very spacious and well equipped, the camp is well organized and clean. What sets this place apart are two things. 1. It’s very private with only 4 tents; 2. The service is simply amazing, they are so friendly and attentive. Delicious dinner and breakfast, which is rare in the desert.

SwitzerlandIf they want to improve even more: a larger variety of cold drinks, “sunrise coffee/tea” to sip while watching the sunrise or sunset drinks while watching the sunset during the break of the camel ride would be the only thing we could add here.
Beautiful Tents in the middle of the desert. Small and personal hotel. The staff was super attentive and created an unforgettable stay for us and our 3 year old. Very safe environment, good cooking. Haroon was exceptional with catering to our needs and entertain our little one.

United KingdomHaving to leave ❤️
We stayed 2 nights at the Safari Infinity Camp and were very happy that we did. One night certainly would not have been enough time to explore this beautiful part of the country. From the moment we arrived, our driver Ibrahim took care of us. We were greeted by Haroon and Abdullah, who brought us dates and lemon water and showed us to our tent. The tent was beautifully decorated and furnished with a very comfortable bed. It felt well ventilated as it is a white tent that reflects the heat. The bathroom was wonderfully clean, it had a flushing toilet, shower and a washbasin. Everything was pristine, clean and beautiful. What added to the trip was the delicious food, not the usual Omani fare. We had tandoori chicken, barbecued goat skewers, saffron rice all stood out, as well as a sour tomato curry that was perfect. We had all sorts of delicious food served to us. The main group tent where the food was served had power to charge phones if you weren't doing a phone detox and also had an air conditioning fan unit - really helpful for 11.30am - 3pm heat. I can't fault anything about the stay for the hospitality and comfort. If you are looking for luxurious, secluded, quiet camp in the desert, you have found the right place.
