The staff truly embodied Omani hospitality — everyone was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I was well taken care of. I especially appreciated the very convenient Sahoor service to my room, which was a thoughtful touch during Ramadan. The gym was also excellent, well-equipped, and a great place to unwind. Overall, a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend it!

GermanyNew and very comfortable hotel close to the airport. All amenities, the rooms and beds were great. The highlight was the staff though, who took the utmost care of me and made sure I was well looked after. Shout-out to Victor who did a great breakfast service every morning. Since the hotel was not too busy, there was no breakfast buffet but individual dishes prepared - really good! There is not too much to do in close proximity to the hotel, so I'd definitely recommend renting a car when staying here as you'll need to do some driving to get around.

OmanThere was no signage in the car parking for the guests' lift, but probably it has been added after our visit. The self luggage service is something not usual in the hotels in Oman.
The hotel was new and we stayed in a brand new suite. The staff behaviour was very good and they were keen to get your feedback. The parking spaces are good enough even for big cars.
