Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Omancold water for at least 4 minutes before hot water. Old towels (but clean), no shampoo or bodywash, no room service, reception not available, not a family friendly place as there are 2 discos, (1st floor and 8th floor). not possible to sleep during the weekend, way too much noise. Rooms are not sound proof, far from it

OmanThe hotel is very bad . One left in the hotel . Bad smell in the rooms floor . They gave me a room without any window.. Bathroom so bad and not clean no soap no tissue… The mattress is very very bad not comfortable… I tried to cancel my stay on the hotel but the staff refused so I set my two days and me and my family were very angry 😡

United KingdomEverything. The room stank of smoke daily as it seeped in through the vents in the bathroom making everything smell badly. There was loud music until the early hours of the morning every single day. We arrived with a half a roll of toilet paper which we had to ask for twice and no one cleaned the room despite leaving the correct handle key.
There was little to like about this property except the beds.

BahrainEverything there were two clubs ongoing and after party the place is packed with drunk people. It’s not for a family. It’s for playing around hotel and it smells very bad and the water was leaking in the toilet and it wasn’t to clean and I saw a piece of tissue over the cupboardand it’s showing and it’s not cleaned. Smells like a humid and dirt bad smells.
Nothing to be honest, only the receptionist the workers there were polite otherwise the property is not a hotel. It’s a club. That you can’t sleep also toilet is leaking. Also smells very bad. Surely it’s not a clean at all

Room was ok but it wasn’t clean And water was not working properly in the toilet and i spoke to them more than 5 times and they didn’t do anything they sent a guy but he didn’t fix the water ,i told them to change the room but they didn’t! Gym and pool were closed but no one informed and I wasn’t the only guest complaining about it This was the worst experience for me and whenever i travel to oman i will not go to this hotel and i will not recommend it for any of my friends or family

United Arab EmiratesThe sound of drilling and knocking, etc. Their whole pool area was under construction. So no pool or rooftop area. The need to ask for bathroom amenities. They didn't clean the rooms one of the days. No view from either of the rooms or natural sunlight. The one room window was blocked by a wall, the other as well. The lack of willingness to refund the balance of the days The bathrooms had the smell of drain water and consistent cigarette smoke with noisy extractor fans.
