We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MalaysiaToo much luban smell (traditional scent), the hot water sometimes takes long time to be heated
I stayed here for 2 nights and first I encountered few issues when I came but from the manager of the hotel to staff everyone is doing their best to solve the issue and they are always there whenever needed anything. I loved the fact that the rooms are clean and tidy and also the hotel is very close to big mosque, i would recommend it for those who are looking for a stay in Muscat.

SpainFirst, regarding arrival, it took us about 1.5 hours to reach the hotel since the nearest bus stop was 1-2 km away from the hotel. Then we had to walk through dark streets without street lighting to reach the hotel, where there were no street lamps available. This was somewhat unsettling. In both the hotel and the immediate vicinity within a 1 km radius, there was basically no option for food, such as a restaurant or café. So, I would not consider this hotel as centrally located. We wanted to rent a car, but this was also not possible. We had to return to the airport the next day to pick up a car. We had breakfast included, but due to the hotel's overall low occupancy (maybe a maximum of five hotel guests), many products on the breakfast buffet seemed old and like they had been offered for several days. It was also disappointing that the pool area had been closed for a long time, and this was not mentioned on Booking.com; otherwise, we would not have booked this hotel in the first place. When we asked at the reception regarding the pool, this wasn’t mentioned either. It was also annoying that you could still hear the music in the room due to the strong bass at 2:00 in the morning (there is a club on the 1st floor of the hotel. We slept on the 5th). It was unfortunate that it was not possible to at least buy a coffee in the hotel during the day.
The hotel was generally clean (although the windows were very dirty, etc., but it was okay). The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also fine.
