We were supposed to have a balcony and we got the impression it would have a table and a chair to sit outside. But unfortunately the balcony was just a place for the Aircon unit and no chair and table.

AC is kinda noisy, but for those who are not sensitive it will be fine.

We travelled with 2 small children and got the family suit on the 7th floor. The room was very spacious and consisted of two seperate bedrooms (almost like an apartment). The location in al-Khuwayr was perfect as a hub for our daily trips. There are numerous shopping possibilties, barbers, hairdressers, rentalcars etc. The staff knows the area very well and is always prepared to provide you the necessary aid.

The tourist attractions in Muscat are very scattered and none are close. However, the hotel has a good location. There are many restaurants ans supermarkets nearby. Also, the bus stop is near the hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is ok.

The room is a good size room with the bedroom and the rest area separated. The bathroom shower was a big problem for us, the water pressure was very low and we couldn't get a good bath. The air conditioning inside the bedroom didn't work well on the 2nd day and lucky rest area air conditioning still works well. The room also produces a certain damp smell which we have to get used to it.

The location of the hotel is very strategic with lots of good restaurants and malls close by.

Toilet leaked occasionally during our stay and water occasionally leaked under the shower door. Mattress on bed was slightly hard too but if you slept on your side, you were fine.

Stayed in room 611. Room really spacious, really liked the layout of the room with the lounge area as you go through the door. Room well designed. Great view of muscat and the mountain range from the windows. Everything in the hotel affordable. Breakfast good value for money at 4 rials. Room service very quick and speedy.

Noisy air conditioner, we have to change the room due to poor air-conditioning and defective W/C. The hotel is very old and requires a lot of maintenance. The lobbies are clean but the room service is very poor. The breakfast menu is repeated every day.

Location, everything is nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist.

The room service can be improved a bit by cleaning more thoroughly, especially the tiles and tables. However, we are not dissatisfied :) Also, the armchairs and sofa are getting a bit out-of-shape, so, they can be exchanged for newer ones.

The location is perfect, with easy access to many restaurants. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to the main highway which means you can access almost everywhere in a short time. The staffs are kind, friendly and helpful. The apartment suite is spacious and well-maintained, therefore, a very good choice for families. The beds are comfortable. The WiFi and the internet also work well. (We didn't have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and we didn't have time to use the gym, so, no reviews about them)

if you type “garden hotel ” on google maps it takes you in the middle of nowhere (3 kms away from the real location). it took me 30 mins to find someone in the middle of the night to guide me there.

The heater in the room didn’t work properly and we were not given hot water. Also, the water pressure at 7th floor is not very good for the shower.

Ms. Fatima I the reception is very kind and helpful. I was given an upgrade room to the executive suite free of charge.
