We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is central. The beds are good. Large shower with good pressure and hot water. TV and air conditioning work well. Our room was quiet. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The staff provided outstanding customer service they promptly met all my requests. Location is excellent right in the middle of downtown within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Comfortable King size bed. Free breakfast. Great value for the money compared to other hotels in the area. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in a good, safe location and are not concerned with a lot of bells & whistles then this is the place.
