If you gonna be going to center historic u need to take Metro train 20 min .or $4 indriver ride..but serves what you want it for No hot water

Economic close to ingenio train station 10 min walk ..good restaurant at corner,mall Altiplaza bus or 2$ ride ....kitchen you can cook u own stuff....personalized owner operated...the neighborhood is middle class very quiet employees very nice you can pay credit card

Two issues: :-( There was no hot water. :-( The garbage scent permeates through thr kitchen. I don't know why the garbage wasn't being collected. The garbage doesn't belong to the hostel but it is to the front/side.....

Great low budget accommodation. Walking distance to the subway. The staff was very friendly and they went the extra mile to ensure our stay was the best it could. I wished I could speak Spanish to express my gratitude of their kindness and their service.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful from the start. We exchanged our above limited but not fluent Spanish-English, they gave me best options to get to Allbrook Terminal, with even an offer to drive me to the metro. Got me the cheapest cab, and had a nice secure ride in a late model kia. All was great. Thanks

It's a bit of a walk to go to stores or restaurants. Parking is not secured, though the staff assured me it's safe and I didn't have any problems.

Our late arrival resulted in a delayed check-in due to a reservation issue. Unfortunately, the room was not adequately prepared, with evidence of a cockroach in the bathroom, no hot water, and concerning stains on the bed linens. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. We had to pay cash and not credit

We heard multiple shots close to the hotel (hunter, do know how shots sound). 2. only cold water in the shower 3. they always turned off the AC, so the room was hot when coming back from the city (about 30 degrees) 4. they try to tell you that they don’t accept card payment, you need to discuss and show them their own booking.com website 5. the room-door wasn’t safe 6. sink was leaking

The lady at reception was trying her best to help us with everything we needed (even took us to the supermarket/stored our stuff). She was pretty much the only really good thing about this location. Main door was locked at night (necessary in that neighborhood)

Kitchen was very small and not very tidy, also very dark in the evening. The hostal is much older and run down then photos show. The location wasn't great, but we didn't do our research on the location of the hostal.

Staff were friendly. We arrived early and they got our room ready quickly for a early check in. Big room with TV and aircon.
