The place was in a great location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. They let us store baggage for little cost while we went to Colombia. The shower area is a little odd and nothing special.

Price worthy, close to airport and stop for shuttle to other cities. Staff was very nice! I used this hostel as a hub when traveling between different cities as its location is very convenient.

Room has very minimal furniture. Bathroom door practically non existent which could be a problem if the room is for 2, unless very comfortable with each other.

Good value for the money. Private room is clean and comfortable.

The place could use a deep clean in the dining area. The beds could use colorful blankets. The place is definitely a hostel n low budget but just a few improvements could really help. Just a simple splash of color on the covers w help. Everything is white on white which only makes you focus on dirt.

My bed was lumpy. The springs in the box spring mattress were noticible when sleeping. I was disappointed in the mattress.

The beds in the dorm rooms are designed to ensure privacy - curtains enclose the bed, a light for reading in bed is provided, a switch for an adjustable fan is also included, 2 electrical outlets and a shelf to store items are also included. Free breakfast - fresh fruit and pancakes/ waffles - is provided. The pool was well maintained. Did not use the hot tub. Efficient and quiet air conditioning in dorm room at night.

We booked a private room (mini privada), it was super super small, without any window and not comfortable at all. Not recommended, but the dorms looked like they had more space.

The owners were super lovely, helped us as well with booking our tour to the San Blas Islands. Also there's breakfast (pancakes and fruits) included.

the location is really bad. nothing around, quite far from the metro.

The hostel is nice, although nothing special. We stayed 1 night as a stopover after arriving. The staff is very nice but the tips weren’t really helpful (we were told to get bus tickets to Valle de Anton 1 day in advance although the bus is leaving every hour..)

the women’s bathroom floor was always wet. women were not careful when using the shower. Twice I had to hang up the bathmat that was full of water. At 4 a.m one morning another guest in the dorm was listening to a religious program without headphones. I reminded him that it was Quiet time but he didn’t turn it off.

the checkin was easy, they gave us good information on places to park. and eat. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. The pool was great!

It needs more bathrooms there were often queues. the mattress was upside down and therefore very uncomfortable but after I turned it over it was comfortable enough.

The small guy with noise voice who works in the morning was very rude and disrespectful, We rented the room with breakfast included from 8am to 10am and when we arrived to 9:30am we didn’t find anything to eat and we asked to the guy if he can bring more stuff to eat, he said it’s over and we told him that breakfast is until 10am and he said that previous customers ate everything, we told him that the bed include breakfast and he repeated that the breakfast is over and there isn’t more and we told him why they say that the breakfast is from 8am to 10am if before 10am there is not breakfast for more guests and he blamed the previous guests for eating everything, we told him that wasn’t our fault that they should have more food, and he, seeing our annoyance, told us that breakfast was a courtesy and not an obligation of the hostel Although we showed him that breakfast is included, he said that it did not matter what the app indicated that the breakfast is a courtesy. The next day we had to arrive early and make sure we can have breakfast, but we saw he did the same to another guest, when there was nothing for breakfast the guest asked him more stuff to eat and he told the guest that it was over and he only brought more coffee. he is only friendly when the room is going to be rented but after paying he doesn’t mind helping the guest, we made our complain with the owner and the another guy who work at evening and they apologized for the worker’s behavior. The owner approached us and told us that he had talked to him about the problem and asked him not to come the next day, he made us believe it was a kind of punishment for the problem, but later we found out the next day was his day off, it seems that the small guy is rude with the guests because the owner himself does not do anything to fix that.

The place is quiet and clean with a pool, jacuzzi and pool table and the room are comfortable with air conditioner.

The AC is turned off from 11am to 22:00 pm, which makes the stay in your room very very hot. On top of that window was also difficult/impossible to open. The kitchen looks very old and could use a renovation.

Staff was very very helpful professional and nice.Through the hostel you can access certain shuttles and activities at a great price! Also the community you can join (via Whatsapp) is very helpful, but only in hebrew. Fresh breakfast was very nice. Lounging area was also nice

The beds are not comfortable, the air conditioning goes off during the day and Panama is too hot, the breakfast is ugly, the customer service is not very good.
