Staying at this hostel made everything in Panama much easier. Super helpful staff that assist you with info and reservation for your trip, good location, the swimming pool for and end of day refreshment also nice! Thanks in particular to Tano, Franco and Rafael, super hosts 🙏

Not really a place to feel home. All the lockers were full, even if there was a huge sign right at the reception that you should be careful of your stuff. Got the vibe that that’s a hostel where a lot of theft is happening. More a hostel for permanent (weird) people to stay. Not a place to meet other backpackers and socialise.

The room was quite tiny with not much room for our luggage. The shower was very tiny and you basically step out into the toilet, which was not so nice. Especially as it also didn't felt very regularly cleaned. We wished more space to sit for chilling or working.

Is located close to the banking area in a safe sector. Wifi was quite fast. The bed was comfortable. Price was ok.

the only thing i need to point as a negative was that was an American big fellow that was acting as if he owned the place ,being super loud at all times and making unconfortable remarks even with staff i just think sometimes it s important to remember even if its a customer that are other customers around and that ethically the space of the others it might be being limited and also invaded by Very loud and obnoxious behaviour..it kinda ruin the Vibe also the breakfast i would change the hours make it from earlier and till later plus not impose that awkward setting of having to be socializing with people you dont feel comfortable with

everything was good from cleanniness to staff and overall the place is really sound congrats to the management and the breakfast was well prepared and nice and tasty

Very delicious free breakfast, a nice swimming pool to relax and enjoy drinks from the hostel bar, possibility to wash and dry clothes, fully equiped shared kitchen, great location close to public transport, cheap, very clean and very friendly stuff.

Incredibly Disorganised! Booked for a small Dorm, ended up in a huge one. The Room was a mess, was unclear which Beds are occupied and which ones aren't. Tried to give us one that looked used, only changed sheets after asking. Bathroom as well unclean and a mess. So glad we only had one night and had to leave early anyway

I loved staying at Hostal Panama Experience. Its a great place to meet nice people, have a drink, leave for a bar at night, and eat delicious breakfast in the morning. The staff is super welcoming and helped me with all questions around the airport, the security of the neighborhood, and so on. Its really central and I enjoyed walking around at night and check out the area. Also it was very clean and the beds with ACs comfortable. I would love to come back soon - a highly recommended hostal! A big thank you to Onan and the owner !

On Friday and Saturday night I was kept awake until about 4.30am by people partying downstairs, this included loud music, screaming and shouting. This was made worse by the hard floors which ensure that sound echos strongly throughout the hostel. If people want to party they should do so in a suitable area and keep the noise down. I would have given this hostel an excellent rating but this one thing really let it down.

A great hostel in a great location, nice facilities including a swimming pool - very nice to cool off in the heat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I used a credit card to book the room. Upon arrival I was advised cash only?? The room and bathroom didn’t appear that it was cleaned daily. Loud party until 5-6 am on a Saturday. One little fan for the whole room until AC is turned on 7:30 or 8 pm until 8 am. Additionally, no air flow in the room as well when AC is off which feels like a Sauna. The breakfast was okay and exceptional as other posts described it. I may sound critical but I select my accommodations according to reviews. This location was overrated in my opinion. Good place for a stopover or a backpacker. I travel 5-6 months a year abroad so I base my experience to other locations that I’ve stayed. As I said my opinion and respect those of others.

Everything the people, ambiance and culture. You get way more than you are paying for. Welcome to a home away from home. I am a hospitality teacher which means am very skeptical.
