Initially the phone was not working which was frustrating. I had to go downstairs and ask 2-3 times for someone to fix it. Our stay in the American Wing was ok, but upgraded to the French wing was much more luxurious. The bathroom lighting in the American wing was odd, as it lit up the entire room.

Lovely property with many restaurants and bars. The buffet breakfast is a treat! So many options with drinks included. Staff very attentive. Quick to rectify and issue we had with the phone not operating and we were upgraded to a better room with an operating phone (since we use room service)

Everything. Hotel is amazing! Fantastic central location. 5 restaurants but doesn’t feel big. Luxurious everywhere. Beds super comfortable. Pillows amazing. Massive towels. Rooms lovely. Hi-tech - can connect Netflix from phone onto TV, privacy screen button in shower V cool! Can’t hear noise from street or bars at night. Rooftop pool lovely, they bring fresh fruit skewers to you. Staff super friendly and go above and beyond. What more can I say!!

There was nothing, not to like.

There are tons of pricey hotels in the area, this one is where you get the most bang for your buck. It’s luxurious, the staff is amazing, and and you have everything you would want out of a vacay. Great bars, nice pool area, and yummy food. The French restaurant 1739, is a MUST!!! Ask for Angelo, his team will take great care of you, and yes the wine experience is worth it!

The hotel has an amazing atmosphere and design. The yard with the garden is astounding, such as the rooftop pool. The room was spacious, with free beverages. The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of the Casco Viejo.

I keep coming back to this hotel. I love the friendliness of the staff coming back there, you get a warm welcome hug and some of the staff knows you by name (of course I was talking to them at my first stay). The garden is an oasis, the team does everything to make you feel good and relaxed. Even when travelling for work, it feels like a little vacation. The renovation of the house is done perfectly. One can feel that the owner put a lot of heart into the details. Bravo Chris, well done! As. breakfast recommendation: one of the best shakshukas I have ever had!

For a Hyatt, I was surprised at how few of the employees understood English. they tried hard but it often took 3-4 people to get an answer to a question.

I loved everything about the property. The location was the best. The staff went above and beyond for me and the other guest. I had breakfast included and it was always delicious.
