Wifi/internet was out of service for the 2 nights I was there but I cannot say if this is a usual occurrence. It was very quiet when I was there on a Monday and Tuesday but given the amusement park that surrounds the hotel I assume things might get noisy on weekends/holidays

There's an amusement park on the premises, it's hard to find parking on the weekends. Otherwise is an excellent location to relax.

The hotel is close to all major attractions. Ramón at the front desk was very helpful and gave us exceptional service.

The room has no fridge and there were few-hours power outages during our stay. The wi-fi signal disappeared constantly. We had to pay more than it was shown on booking.com. The breakfast was a joke - hostel-like toast with jam plus a banana and sugar-like fake orange juice,

The place is in good location, but loud at night due to a lunapark from one side and numerous restaurants on the other. The room was spacious and had AC.

Location was great as we were getting the ferry to Contadora. Male hotel receptionist was lovely, very helpful. The hotel is in quite a noisy area as it is surrounded by restaurants and a small fair to be honest that didn’t really bother us. Towels were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. We had a room overlooking the harbour which was lovely.

Finding the hotel was a little difficult, Google location is not 100% accurate and navigation is missing from the main road...

Super friendly staff who helped us out with everything, very good English spoken. Hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the Flamenco island Marina.

It was noisy at night from the neighbouring bars, but we were able to sleep through it.

Very comfortable bed and beautiful view. We loved the balcony. Everything was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't figure out how to use the safe and a staff member was there within 2 minutes to help.

I looked nothing like the pictures - it is old and needs a lot of face-lifting. The elevator doors slam and it is very noisy. Gave up trying to get the television working. Truly low-budget accommodations - the best thing is the location.

It was inexpensive for today's prices but that was with my discount. The view was okay with a number of nice restaurants in walking distance.

The room had a rather strong musty smell from the air conditioner

The location was excellent. Outside the city with views of the city and the water. There were plenty of shops and places to eat. There was also a waters edge promenade which was fantastic.

The shower pressure is really low. I had to take my shower leaning on the wall to catch as much water as possible. The next morning there was no water at all. I had to go down to the receptionist partially wet twice early morning because of the issue. I asked them if they could switch me to another room. One of the staff members told me "no" because it was the entire hotel that was having that issue. Even tho I was the only one asking for help. No body else ever complained a bout the shower. In the end I just let it go and continued taking my shower leaning on the wall. I felt very unappreciated even tho I was paying for the service just like everybody else. Room m16.

My room was on the second floor and directly below my windows at ground level was the entrance to a nightclub. I could see the lights flashing through the windows and hear the music very loudly in my room. I asked for a different room, and the staff very found me a new spot (in the very full hotel) across with hallway, which was better (no lights flashing, still loud but less loud music). The music stopped between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. (Thursday night stay). Not their fault that that's where the hotel is. This probably isn't a good spot for someone traveling for work. This is a great spot for someone who enjoys a vibrant nightlife scene.

This hotel is in a fun area (Isla Perico) with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The Amador Causeway is beautiful and right there too. My room was clean, check in was easy, and all in all my expectations were met.

Rooms right above a night club no noise cancelling either, lukewarm water and low pressure coming from shower. Not worth the price.

The doors could very easily be opened with any plastic card, there was a space large enough to see through where the door handle was. The beds were clean but not overly comfortable. The music and noise from the street was next level impossible. If you are here to get wasted drunk and need a place to pass out this hotel is for you.

It is in an interesting location with a lot of loud party that goes on till 6 in the morning even if there are no people partying

Looks nothing like the pictures. Smells old and mouldy. Facilities are shit. Definently not worth the price, stay away from this "Hotel"
