We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

JamaicaI like the view, the pool, the building was very unusual. The breakfast was okay, it could be better but it was alright. My room was not cleaned properly. The house maids could have done a better job. They changed the sheets, towels, etc, but they didn't mop the floor for the entire 6 days I was there. That was a downer for me. The room was extremely spacious, and there was a kitchenette.

ItalyI was changed to Megapolis hotel instead due to some internal (government) issues, hotel next to Decapolis, same owner. I booked a big room see view but due to the many people moving from one hotel to the other, they didn’t have my room and gave me a suite NO view. Ok it was bigger but I was alone and I preferred the one I booked but was not possible. Also I forgot a coat in the wardrobe and sent a message thru booking so s friend of mine could pick it up, NEVER got a replay.
In general was ok, 5 starts hotel, not too old but furniture and DESING old. Breakfast was huge and very good, pitty the smell of food during breakfast.
