We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Israelon the beach there are local vendors with horses that are disturbing the peaceful of the beach. and Mishmeret of the horses is shown, but nothing is done
for the price we paid this is a good value to spend a weekend at the beach. the staff was amazing and very nice and welcoming. the food was nice, but needs to be more fresh, we came on Friday and left on Monday and could feel that the food is not freshly made.

United States1) I didn’t like that I had to wait until 6 pm in the evening to reserve dinner at the three options. 2) I didn’t like that there was no schedule identifying the time and location of particular events. 3) I didn’t like that the dance club open late at 11pm and that there was no variety or mix in music when the dance club did open. Also the dj not speak English only Spanish so it was less engaging. 4) pool area for adults should be open longer beyond 8pm 5) The theatre only had activities or movies for kids 6) sports bar needs music (speakers) and should offer activities or theme nights like karaoke 7) didn’t have cotton sheets 8) pillows weren’t the best 9) no top shelf liquor 10) desserts in Buffett weren’t the best
I liked that the property was near a beach. The steak house, Asian restaurant and Italian restaurant had great food.
