There wasn't a lot of shade; umbrellas not enough for the amount of chairs. It was a busy week and we sometimes couldn't find a chair.

The staff were wonderful , from reception, restaurants, bars, pool, all great. The food was good, pool clean and the beach was beautiful.

Everything was wet, it was dangerous to walk in, they keep using powder juice it gave my whole family stomach issues, the water sports activities should be more accessible.

I wished this resort had more inclusion in the activities for the children who don’t speak Spanish. My nephews had a hard time understanding game rules and that discouraged them. We had to change room twice because of strong mold. The bathroom has a slow leak right on top of the toilet.

My family and I loved this place!!! It is not luxurious but has everything you need to have an amazing vacation. The kids had a blast in the water park, the kids zone. They even participated in the nighttime shows. The food was very decent! I wish they would have more variations but what they had was sufficient and tasty. The staff was amazing, all super nice. I love how the beach was a mixture of different sand colors (in pics it looks like the beach is dirty, but in fact it’s a mixture of different sand materials - beautiful in person)

Some items & equipment in the room were either not functioning (night stands lamps) or functioning deficiently (A/C not cooling enough during the hottest time). Changes in the hotel facilities availability not announced in advance, i.e. closing if the main dinning hall for maintenance.

Good location, nice & quiet beach, the hotel offers diverse entertainment and food & drinks options, very good breakfast buffet, stunning sea view room, 24x7 bar.

The staff sometimes isn't that helpful, for reserving the restaurant's, the lady wasn't there, we had to go several times, maybe they could just make it online and that is it. Also when checking out, they should allow the leaving guests to wait in the hotel facilities and drink anything while waiting.

The food was really good, a lot of options, different kinds, so delicious. Also the drinks were good and good liquor quality. The pool were well maintained and the different snacks and buffets. The wifi was really good.

The facilities are a bit old and dated, but it was mostly clean and comfortable. The birds are a pest and get into the dining area where it would peck at unsuspecting guests while eating their meal.

The food and service was excellent. The variety of dishes with every meal was extensive and catered for every one's taste.

The food could be better. The schedule for drinks starts at 9am.. and if you pay for only one night its not worth it.

The “juices” they offer you are not juice at all, it’s powder stuff, like tang or zuko it was horrible in all the drinks, it gave me a horrible stomach pain and spent the weekend vomiting, AVOID the “juices”.

The extreme use of plastic. All drinks at the pool are one use plastic and some of them end up at the beach. They gave out plastic spoons next to metal spoons in the desert area of the bufé… what for?

The very family friendly setting just didn’t meet OUR style. The property did a fantastic job of having activities and entertainment for families with children, but it was noisy each night.

In short, the rooms needed more maintenance. Housekeeping staff are friendly and they are keeping the rooms very clean. However, the rooms need attention: we got some doors that were not closing properly, one safe box was not working, the air conditioning was not working and the other one was making a loud buzzing sound, the shower floor was stained. Also, the Teen's recreational room was clean but the billiard table needed maintenance too.

The staff did all that was possible to make our stay comfortable. The restaurants, Sakura and Olivos, had great food and service. The staff at these restaurants went above and beyond to accommodate our kids by switching some items in the menu and we did enjoy a very nice dinner. The beach and pools were great! We enjoyed the water slides and the kids had fun. The shows at night were fun too, we got a chance to enjoy some nice live music.

I would like a better deal for seniors.

Food was very good, the staff was excellent, especially entertainment at pool. Room was superb view. Beach was excellent.
