Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel charged us another fee (besides the VAT) that was not mentioned in the booking.com reservation (around 10% of the total). Not sure what type of fee/tax that was, we only noticed it later. Breakfast choices were quite limited. Most staff seemed to be friendly and polite, but did not speak English if asked for anything.
Our twin-bed room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool, albeit quite small, was great. We were lucky to have it just for ourselves an entire morning.

1. Swimming pool was closed due to cleaning, without info or announcement from hotel management. We especially chose hotel for the Swimming pool so big disappointment which they handled badly. Kept saying "tomorrow " but it was not ready until 2,5 days later, after seriusly complaining. 2. Reception communication is difficult as they do not really speak English.
Nice hotel, nice room, good bed, nice shower.

We liked everything about this hotel.
This hotel was gorgeous, with spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was well prepared and had something for everyone.

Actually nothing. But its also not a fancy hotel: just good value for money. It has everything, but nothing crazy.

some of the staff was great, but one of the front desk staff was a little grumpy.
the location was great, the gym and pool were also clean and we used them daily. the rooms and lobby were clean and the free breakfast was good.

Our bathroom was very small without much privacy (sliding glass door that didn't close all the way). Shower could have been cleaner--there was some mold. The entire breakfast could have been run better. For example, there was no dispenser for cold water. If you wanted water, it was necessary to ask an employee. Similarly, there wasn't tea or hot water available, so you had to ask a staff member. When the breakfast area was busy, it could be difficult to obtain water and tea. The coffee at breakfast was pretty terrible!
Bed was super comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly despite some language challenges. They told us where to go shopping for a sim card for our phone. Lots of options for breakfast--including vegetarian choices. Breakfast staff was also friendly. Nice pool area.

Traffic to hotel from PAC was horrible
Kind of a gem. I was impressed with hotel. This property did not smell. The room was updated and comfortable.
