Trinidad and TobagoI tried booking transport from the airport to the hotel when I arrived, this was booked directly with the hotel, and the driver never showed up at the airport to pick me up. Wifi is also very slow and disconnects regularly from devices.

The clerig was very rood and uninterested in helping. The breakfast line was too long and no place to sit. The pool was very cold. The bathroom was small.

PanamaOur experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The service was notably slow, with multiple requests needed before we received any attention. Checking in was especially frustrating; despite having 5 to 6 staff members at the reception, only one was attending to guests. We waited around 20 to 25 minutes to complete our check-in. The hotel’s cleanliness was also a major concern. During dinner, my knife fell on the floor, and the next morning it was still in the same spot when we went for breakfast. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, the carpet was dirty, and the towels had stains. There was an abundance of hair and dust throughout the room, and I even spotted a spider in our room. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I cannot recommend staying here.

PanamaNo control of tables at breakfast. Staff just watched. I saw guests looking for plates on their knees. Poor service in the dining area. There was no cleaning of the tables in-between use. It was chaos in the morning. Way too many people.all at once. They should seat people at the tables to ensure all guests can eat at a table. Like most hotels in the area they have a hard time controlling old gringos who bring in their prostitutes. I witnessed this on the night I checked in. The room was FREEZING. I woke up 3 times freezing cold. No thermostat in the room and no extra blankets. The hotel needs a bit of a face lift in general. Feels like they went to Novey or Arrocha and bought the decor. It was just okay, nothing special.

The first set of days, the machine to program the cards wasn't working hence I had to reply on a member of staff to let me into my room. I he breakfast options were less than overwhelming. Overall happy with the stay however on one day there was no water, and the reception kept telling us it would be back on in 30 minutes. 5 hours later someone else at reception told us it was scheduled maintenance and the water would be back on at 4pm. Would have been helpful to tell the guests of a planned water outage that would impact them. Other than that, the stay was good.

When we asked the reception multiple times they said 'it would be on soon' and then finally when we spoke to someone else they said it was planned maintenance and would be done at 4pm. This was really poor communication and had we known, we could have made alternate plans. The receptionist didn't speak much English which made it very difficult to communicate.

FranceThe neighbourhood isn't great - a bit intimidating to walk around at night, especially if you're a woman. My friend and I were catcalled and approached a lot. Some basic facilities were missing (hair conditioner, iron, etc. Hair dryer was available only on request and even when I called to ask for one it never arrived). Options for breakfast were limited, especially for those with dietary requirements (e.g., no alternative milk, limited gluten free choices).
Hotel seems like it was new and nice 30 years ago. Generally, everything was fine, but nothing particularly special. Only stand out was the gym, which was excellent - large with lots of equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, spin bikes, free weights, barbell, squat machine, etc.).
