Location was convenient in El Congrejo neighborhood. Walkable to metro, restaurants and a few casinos. Malacon about one mile away. Friendly staff. Good breakfast to start the day. Clean rooms.

The hotel location was in close proximity to the essentials such as; Food, taxi, train, souvenir shop etc. Their daily breakfast was good and also the restaurant dinner was good. I can definitely recommend Victoria and we would be visiting again!!!

Romania49 Reviews6 helpful votesGoodNot the cleanest place I have seen, also it looked pretty old inside and outside… the furniture looked bad, the coach, the walls, the lamp, everything was full of stains of mold and dirt and the smell was bad. Also, the room looked so empty when you enter, it is just random furniture there and a lot of tiles. I think they really need to invest a little bit there. The shower is fixed, you cannot properly wash or clean the shower after you and also the water was either very cold or very hot. The pool was so small, I do not think 4 people can stay there… we moved from the hotel after 3 nights… really do not recommend because we stayed for other 10 nights to a hotel even cheaper than this and it was a totally different experience.

Guyana4 Reviews“The experience was good, but there is room for improvement, but I would return.”We were without wifi in the room for 4 days since our arrival, and I had to ask for a change of room because the use of internet was important to me as a businessman. The first room had no coffee maker, but we got one in the other room for the remainder 3 days. The language barrier is another issue, they should have staff with knowledge of English. They speak very little English.
The breakfast was okay for the price of $8

What did I think about breakfast... Breakfast was FANTASTIC like you had options everyday Staff was friendly and helpful even when my daughter wasn't feeling well and couldn't attend breakfast, I was given a take away food container was some breakfast of her choice. BIG THANK YOU
