We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Danitza and her family’s warm hospitality made our stay a pleasure. The room was immaculate, spacy and very bright. One of our favorite was their beautiful garden with vegetables and fruit trees. She helped us finding a taxi offering a tour around the Sacred Vally and accepted to keep our baggage during the tour. We had a wonderful stay at Danitza’s place. Highly recommended.

The property is beautiful and suits the breathtaking scenery of the Sacred Valley but the best part of the stay was the friendly nature of the hotel owners, Danitza and Mauro. My daughter and I were treated like family while we were there, they even baked a cake for my daughter’s birthday and sang to her! The breakfast was great - especially the avocados - they grow in the garden. The beds are comfy and nothing is any trouble for Danitza and Mauro. There are friendly dogs and two turtles which we loved.

The owners were very nice and they helped us with everything, they gave us good advice and helped us with our trips. It felt like coming home to family.

I loved the serene location of Allin Illary Eco Hospedajes, away from town noise, surrounded by nature and charming family pets. The overall service was satisfying, creating a delightful experience.

The owners of this ecolodge are extremely friendly. Even though we only stayed one night, we immediately felt at home. The ecolodge is located slightly outside the centre of Urubamba, but we found this a plus point. Upon departure, we were given a surprise package with some snacks and a souvenir. Super sweet !
