WIFI signal is very low if you stay in the furthest room.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good location (Cusco is small though). I left luggage there while on multiple-day inca trail. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The room can be a little cold, heating comes on from 7pm - 6am. This may not be a problem if you like being under several blankets like me😆

The location was great! In the centre of everything. It was easy to walk down towards the cathedral or up towards the entertainment centre and restaurants. Breakfast was okay and the staff were kind and polite. I really loved the flowers in the garden.

The only thing that I can think of is that the hotel is located on a very steep hill. Those who have a problem walking may have a problem getting to and from the hotel.

This is a great hotel with a convenient location. I have been staying here every time I am in Cusco for the pas 15 years. The next time I am in Cusco this is. the hotel I will stay in. For those of you who have stayed here before, Jack's Restaurant has moved to just around the d corner to a bigger location with the same great food.

Breakfast was very basic, there wasn't really anything good to eat and i ended up going to Jack's cafe. Hotel keeps the bathroom window open during the day - remember to close them at night or you get mosquitos.

Location was perfect, friendly staff, beautiful courtyard & nice view of the city. 24hour hot coca/mate tea and water was very nice. Single room was bigger than I thought, heater comes on at night and was not cold at all.

No Hot water for morning showers

Gorgeous vintage style hotel, charming chalet style appropriate for Cusco’s mountain-side location. Quiet and calm inside the property with gorgeous mountain views from the balcony, whilst being located in the old town, on the doorstep of restaurants, markets, churches, tourist shops & bars - walk everywhere. Kind and accomodating staff, thorough buffet style breakfast available every morning in the lovely breakfast room, again with mountain views. Hotel staff constantly cleaning up around the property to ensure tip-top shape. Room was clean and totally comfortable; heavier quilts and bed linen provided perfect for the cooler nights. Room Heating and hot water in the shower appreciated in the cooler evenings, however, gas may be turned down in the mornings so the shower is Luke warm and no heating in the mornings… Great stay, highly recommend this hotel

Nothing not to like.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of San Blas without being far from the main square. San Blas, by the way, is where all the cool restaurantes, bars, shops, cool streets, and 12 sided rocks are located in Cusco. Our three bed bedroom was perfect and even had a small private patio and confortable dressing room which is appreciated with three per room. The shower was hot, the sheets where super comfy and so where the mattresses. The hotel has a series of beautiful courtyards which are very instagrammable if that is your thing. I would very much recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

There is no charging spot in the loft; adding one beside the sofa would be very convenient. The sink does not offer a hot water option, having only one switch for water flow. Also, if you're looking to take a hot shower at 3 AM, be prepared to wait a bit for the hot water to start flowing, which is understandable.

The hotel is located in a really good spot, very near to the famous Twelve-Angled Stone and the main square. My room had a loft, and the view from the loft was fantastic, especially at night. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Since my flight was early in the morning, they prepared a take-out breakfast and booked a taxi for me.

It’s a beautiful lodging that’s right at the heart of the historic center. I love the decor and the provisions included, nothing was lacking or overdone. I was able to connect with the hotel via whatsapp before arriving and they arranged for a taxi pickup at the airport to avoid overpriced fees if booking from there. We stayed for only one night but I wished we had used it as a base for the rest of our trip because everything you need (wrt travel around Peru) can be arranged in Cusco. Laundry, tours, and bag storage are also available.

The checkout is early (10 am), but ended up working just fine for us.

The rooms were comfortable with a Peruvian colonial charm—our room had a high ceiling with exposed rafters, for example. There was a beautiful open courtyard that was stunning. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff were great in helping us book a taxi or lodge our luggage for the day.
