The road for pedestrian outside the hotel is very narrow and busy, it's difficult to walk without stopping to letting the vehicles pass first (not to mention with luggages like us). It's understandable though.

Nice balcony view from the bedroom. Clean, big and comfortable bed. Breakfast is pretty good with variety of choices, the restaurant environment is good.

The lovely gardening work in the inner yard is a rather unique touch. In addition, the breakfast is rather good and the staff very friendly.

Cozy with nice rooms and a spectacular garden. Staff was friendly and helpful, they stored our luggage and let us hang out in the facilities after check out while waiting for our flight. They hade coffee and coca tea for free ☺️

Breakfast was great! The hotel and view of the city was incredible. We were able to keep our baggage there while we did our 5-day hiking tour at no cost. It's a short walk from the main square and plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Would book again if I'm ever in the area!

Quiet location close to Plaza de Armas, clean & comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. On a previous one night stay, I had posted about not being able to get change for taxi. The hotel approached me on my return stay to explain the reasons and to offer something in return. I appreciated the hotel’s efforts to explain and remedy, and although I did not take up the offer, it shows a very good attitude.

Pillow wasn't the most comfortable. Had to sleep on one pillow instead of my usual 2 but this is a very minor thing and each person is different.

It's very pretty and walking distance from the main square. Breakfast is nice: Yogurt, various breads, deli slices, pancakes, toast, cheese, orange juice, muña tea, coca tea, and a variety of fruits. They'll cook your eggs for you. Free tea and coffee in the main lobby too!

Could have used extra blankets since it gets cool in the night/evening. The street the hotel is on has very narrow “sidewalks”/curbs so it’s a little tricky to walk on but comes with the being in the historic district
