We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location not far from the airport. Still, no one recommends walking. Get Uber or hotel transport. Owner and his family was friendly. You have a breakfast in their family area. I was quite happy with the breakfast. I eat the same food at home. Good coffee.

United StatesI arrived after midnight in unfamiliar Lima. A taxi took me to the location where the host was waiting for me. Within a short time I was resting from a stressful flight. Lima not a rich place, but the neighborhood, near the airport has a park and restaurants. I felt save, whereas Lima and especially Callao near the airport hardly gives that impression. The host family was warm and welcoming. I am thankful to them, and appreciated the quiet of the place.

Patricia Cusinga communicates clearly and promptly, in English, and she is very helpful in providing information about a good local restaurant. I arranged pickup and return transportation with her, for a fair price, and her father, Julio, did a wonderful job. We only needed our room for 8 hours or so, awaiting our 11:55pm flight from Lima to Atlanta, but it worked perfectly, for a most reasonable price.
