What a great place! Samantha and Jose have done an amazing job restoring the home she grew up in (!). Great lay out, great rooms, great showers! And they could not have been more gracious hosts. We had a large (10 people) traveling party. They had lots of space for us and were very helpful with storing luggage so we could traipse around Lima. The neighborhood (Barranco) is jam packed with stuff to do. Restaurants for any budget or food choice, great bars, and the beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. What more could you ask for?

My room near the entrance was getting too much noise when other people were getting in and out. The door is far from being sound proof

Great stay, good value for money, especially if passing through. Right next door is an amazing cafe and otherwise the location was fantastic! Within walking distance to lots of restaurant and bars and and art galleries. Bed was also very comfortable

Everything was perfect

Beautiful house in a perfect location. Lots of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the neighbourhood. The room style was lovely, I want the bathroom tiles in my house! Spacious room and bathroom. Shower was great and bed was comfortable. Antonio and Samantha were so kind and helpful. They helped me dry all my belongings after the airline got everything soaking wet!

We arrived on an early flight from Canada, Samantha and Jose helped us store our luggage and gave us suggestions of sites and breakfast locations. When we arrived back our room was ready for an early check in. The house is beautiful and the back garden is a quiet oasis from the business of Lima. We loved having the coffee and tea facilities in the lobby and the mini fridge in our room. So many restaurants nearby. Would love to stay again.

The only reason we have given a 9 and not a 10 is that we would have liked to meet someone in person, we didn’t see anyone the whole time we were there. Otherwise it was perfect!

An attractive room in a lovely house in an excellent location. Great value and the check in and communication were first rate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was good..

Everything was great!

The house is in a great location and the rooms are great, and so are the hosts. They recommend a great place to eat lunch and let us store our bags as we arrived early; definitely stay if you can.
