We were a bit perturbed to find out that for the first 3 days there (out of 6), there actually WAS NOT A CURFEW on. Staff told us when we first arrived that due to the political unrest there was a curfew. This made sense to us but we were told 5 pm to about 7 am. We couldn't understand why locals were still casually working at 4.45 pm when we were quietly making our way back to the hotel, it turns out they were concerned because there wasn't a curfew!

Walking distance to the main square. And I'm not a huge walker so when I say it wasn't a bad walk, that's a compliment. The hotel is like a quiet, safe haven to return to after dealing with crazy hawkers pestering you at every turn. We loved this hotel. The staff were all lovely people.

All went well.

LATAM airlines damaged my bag. The staff was so kind to help me. After he got off work, "Edgar" personally accompanied me to the local market to replace my baggage.

Showers tubes had lots of holes, in really bad state. The shampoo was not making foam.

One of the things you learn really quick is that Cusco is NOISY. This hotel is a one-way street. Early in the morning when tour buses come to pick up people, honking starts (like 5 am). So perhaps we would have done better in a room without city view. The breakfast was adequate but pretty generic.

Convenient location to main plaza. Comfortable room. Good bathroom and water pressure with plenty of hot water. Liked our view but that came with a price (NOISE)

This was my second stay at this hotel in the last three years. Besides being centrally located, clean hotel and friendly staff, the food are excellent. Fantastic salads and trout to die for. I ordered a box lunch for my day trip, which was delicious and appropriate. Management should consider promoting it since most travelers may not think of it on the go. A simple photo in the lobby should do it. One can order from the previous day or up to one hour before the pickup time. I am saying this because most visitors are leary from eating on the go because of the water quality of most local food vendors.

The location is fantastic! right in the middle of everything you need! The staff were incredible, so helpful and always on hand to help! Breakfast has loads of choice and a great way to start the day!

The street in front of the hotel is narrow and cars could not stop for long. The travel desk was not very enthusiastic and can do better. Restaurant menu options were limited.

The Hotel was lovely with a courtyard and good rooms. The location was good close to the main square and restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

Perhaps a body lotion would be nice to be added to hygiene amenities. Also the breakfast had a nice selection, but fruits were raw, but seriously this is whining about nothing.

Exceptionally and genuinely friendly staff. Very well run hotel. EVERYTHING IS GOOD IN HERE! In winter time Cusco nights can be quite chilly. We have been to different kind of accommodations - hot shower, powerful water stream and room heating seem to be luxury. In Novotel it was all there, nice hot shower, stable room temperature. Good stay!

Beautiful building, excellent location ( a couple of blocks away from the Cathedral and main attractions), the breakfast buffet was great and the staff did an amazing job.

hotel is in a fabulous location. room was large, clean and comfortable. communal areas were great and a good place to sit and unwind with a drink.
