Very close to the center, hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing! My wife had altitude sickness during the stay, the staff were so nice and helped out all the time with oxygen tanks. Much appreciated!!!

Didn’t realise that the hotel would be being refurbished when we booked so lots of building work during the day and had to navigate around decorators to get to room. However they were all very pleasant and polite.

Good location to explore Cusco. Friendly staff. Parking. Nice breakfast and reasonable restaurant but slow service. Overall a pleasant stay.

Pleasant staff, nice breakfast (6-9AM). The location is great, in great central location. Rooms are clean with hot shower. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for 2 days while exploring Macchu Picchu. Much appreciated!

The room heating system was hard for me to figure out initially.

Great breakfast! Good location! The staff was very helpful in getting me healthcare assistance and getting me to the airport on time to return home. Being able to watch programs in English via streaming services was a plus. A language translation on the staff members cell phones was very useful,, as I speak little Spanish.

This place is really impressive. The comfort you can feel to rest is unique. Their beds are comfortable, perfect for a full rest after a day full of activity. The people who work there are really kind and very helpful. The location is perfect, everything is close. The supermarket is a block away as well as the market and the church of San Pedro. The breakfast is very complete, fresh and delicious. On the other hand, I traveled from New York and my son was affected by the altitude but luckily they have oxygen tanks and that was essential for my son to recover from altitude sickness. If you are thinking of traveling to Cusco, this is the perfect place for a more comfortable stay and you will want to return.

SO noisy. The person in our neighbouring room spoke very loudly on the phone both late in the evening and early in the morning. We could hear everything. Next day the neighbouring room was empty, but the cleaners, who started early, were SO loud. Banging, chatting, singing playing music from a speaker. I mean I'm glad they're enjoying their job, but I wish there would be a tad more respect towards paying customers. Especially knowing the doors, windows etc are always thin in this country.

Friendly staff who all spoke English at least to a degree. Much appreciated! Room was good, everything we needed. Working ac and working smart TV. Breakfast was also good for this price! Location is great too.

The hotel was an exceptionally really place. Was located at a great location as well, which gave us the ability to walk around Cusco to explore. The staff was very great as well helped us on our trip and provided exceptional service. They took care of us and provided us with information on Cusco! The breakfast was also great as well.

There are rooms that are overlooking the street - extremely noisey all night long as well as noise coming from reception (fortunately they moved us) We did get moved to a suite a there was a pretty bad smell from the drains throughout the trip

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our first night we were given a room with alot of outside noise, they moved usto a quieter part of the hotel. Breakfast buffey was good, location was perfect

Could be a bit noisy at night on occasion from traffic outside or other guests leaving early but this would not stop us returning to this hotel.

Location great,comfortable clean room with good shower and heater. Wonderful breakfast, good coffee and staff very helpful and friendly especially Miguel.
