Their WiFi connection is very bad, especially in the rooms, we often didn't have Internet and had to use our own limited Internet. In our room, there was a jacuzzi, but it was leaking a lot even if we just showered. Also, there were some moulds on the walls of the bathroom. The room needs a bit of maintenance. But overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

It's a very good place to stay in Cusco, the location is perfect, it's close to everywhere. The staff is good they're very helpful. The breakfast is good, their restaurant is also good we have ordered food on rainy nights and they brought it to the room which was very convenient. It was quiet.

The room was large and clean, the beds were comfy, and the shower had hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and provided me with a complimentary takeaway lunch before my all-day excursion. The lobby was large and spacious and they also had complimentary tea and coffee. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main plaza.

Location is great and all the people that work there are really hospitable. My room was huge too, which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again mainly because I felt welcomed.

There were no slippers in the room and the floor can be quite cold at night so I advise you to bring slippers. In addition there were no safes in the room to store passports and valuables, I think this would be a good thing to add. Finally, the hotel can be quite noisy as it is in the centre of Cusco so there is a lot of traffic, horns and dogs barking at night, so I would advise you if you are sensitive to noise to ask to book a room overlooking the hotel's inner courtyard which is much quieter. The first room we were offered was so noisy and we had to stay 8 days with excursions every day so we had to get up at 5am every day so it really was not possible for me to sleep with all that noise on the first night. Staff at the reception was super understanding and moved us to an extremely quiet room, which was very much appreciated and we were very satisfied for the rest of our stay. Thanks a lot for that!

We had a lovely stay of 8 days at Quechua Hotel! We had a room with twin beds, I really like the decoration of the room and the bed were really confy. It can be quite cold at night, so it was really appreciable that the beds had very good duvets. Our room was cleaned every day and was very cleaned! The wifi worked very well. And the bonus is really the breakfast which is the best one I have had in Peru! A lot of choices and very delicious! The hotel is also very lovely, the inner courtyard is very beautiful and there is always someone at reception so you feel safe. And the location in Cusco is just perfect, next to the San Pedro market! Also, compared to other comments, we had no problem getting hot water. I would definitevely recommend and will come back to this hotel if I come back to Cusco. Finally, it is possible to have dinner at the hotel, buy bottles of water and to book excursions or taxi, so this is really helpful.

There was a very long wait to check in and usually there is a wait to talk to the front desk person.

Onsite full fledged restaurant. One of the best Breakfast buffets in peru. It was right next to the San pedro Market. Great location. We got a very quiet room with less disturbance.

Breakfast needs more options. Additionally, the chef didn’t arrive for dinner service which was disappointing. The front desk staff were nice but perhaps still learning the tools of the trade. I initially was only given half of my laundry because the man didn’t look properly - luckily I chased it up.

The property is well located and is quite pretty. The room I was given initially was a small attic room that only had a window facing the hallway but when I asked to change staff were accommodating and moved me to a new room (although since I paid extra, they had no reason not to be accommodating). Laundry service was quick and speedy.
