Excellent hotel. Very clean, comfortable room. The beds were large and comfy. Good location on the edge of the San Blas neighbourhood in a quiet area. 10 mins walk from main thoroughfare. Buffet breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly.

Brilliant. A really nice hotel with a genuine homely feel. Staff were superb. Rooms were clean and well set up. Great breakfast and the view from the dining area is fantastic. Very helpful with local knowledge and a 10 minute walk from the Cusco historic centre. Evening dining available too at the hotel. Very secure and a trustworthy place with staff. Easy car access.

Guests wake up quite early for day trips etc and so there's a bit of noise early in the morning.

The waiter in the breakfast room was so thoughtful and helpful. He made so much effort to accommodate my dietary requirements. Loved having a kettle in the room.

We stayed here 22 October. The hosts were so helpful. The room clean. Lovely shower and bed. Balcony with amazing views. Kettle in room (rare in Peru) and great breakfast. Also as we had won car the underground parking was great. Highly recommend as only 15 minutes walk from main square .

They said they would do my laundry and when i arrived back at 9pm it was not done. I had to go out to local place to get it completed for 7am next mornng.

Great and quiet location near to San Blas Mercado. Central for laundry, and 5-10 min walk from foods and spa places. I had a great night sleep and wonderful breakfast. I stayed in king room and had a great view.

Did not provide coco tea which I heard the others did. We are expected the tea when we checked in, but none.

Family room is pretty big, comfortable bedding, very clean. Breakfast area has beautiful view is a plus to start your day

Staff is by far the best part of this hotel. Extremely helpful and flexible with our situation. They were focused on finding solutions for us. We want to give the Night Shift a special thank you for this. Rooms are cozy, clean and shower is comfortable.

Very comfortable room in a very quiet, convenient location. This hotel is away from the busy/noisy parts of Cusco, but just a short, downhill walk to the central Plaza, shopping and many great restaurants. If you’d rather skip the uphill journey back from the plaza after a lot of walking around, the taxi was 10 soles or under $2.69 USD.

-location might be a problem for SOME (not all). Cusco is a very up and down city with many hills. Which means that most of the hotels might be located upper or lower than plaza del armas, which is the place you will probably go to eat or shop. Muru is located on one of those streets, which meant we had to walk up and down quite a distance in order to get where we wanted. 2 days of our stay we arrived very tired from 1 day tour and even thought we wanted to eat out in one of the awesome restaurants Cusco has, the distance made us order food instead. Again, this might not be a problem for some people. But it bothered me.

-Comfortable room. A little bit smaller than what the photos make it seem to be. -very quiet neighborhood compared to the busy streets near plaza del armas -staff is friendly and helpful -breakfast is good. Not a huge buffet, but has most of the things you need. It has a nice view as well. -All the days we had an early tour, hotel staff prepared us a lunch box. That was cool. Even in the days we left at 2am. -hotel has a heater in the room, that was very helpful. It can get quite cold in cusco during night time. -very clean -good bathroom, very good shower. Had hot water everytime. -wifi is good.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was great, I loved their french toast. And it’s walking distance to the Plaza.
