Room had a lot of outside light at night, I need a dark room to sleep. I did speak to them about it so hopefully they will fix for the next travellers.

There were too many keys 🫣 We ordered a room option with 2 beds, so we thought they will be in the same room, but it was 2 different rooms... Lucky for us, we were the only ones on this floor🙏

The location, the cleaning, the kitchen, the staff. It was a bit more pricey than other hostals, but it is totally worth it, and we really recommend this place, especially if you like shopping 😊

The location is a little bit difficult to find and you get a lot of keys, but we only had to use two of them during our stay.

We had a big room with a queen size bed, it was very clean. Fernando from the reception always answered very quick on WhatsApp if there was a question.

Fernando and his family were attentive hosts. The room was spacious and the water warm. Their rooms were in a small local neighborhood, off of the tourist route, which I really enjoyed. It made me feel like a local. But it is probably not for everyone. The value of the place was unbeatable.

- While the apartment building and the room were clean and secure, the area outside is quite shabby (it's a dirty local market) - Noise from neighbors. I think a couple of times, some tipsy neighbors accidentally trying to unlock my room with their keys but obviously couldn't open it. I used to put white noise and sleep

You get what you pay and price of the room is absolutely fine with what you see there. Facilities are ok but can get better.

The front gate is a bit tricky to open if it’s locked, but honestly that wasn’t a big deal.

First off, Fernando was amazing! You can tell he really cares just by how he speaks to you and ensures you have everything you need. He was so hospitable, and on top of giving you as much information as possible. It’s a shared kitchen and living space which is helpful.

Maybe I missed some breakfast options.

Although the place is located in a busy area, the rooms are really quiet, and the beds are quite comfortable. The staff is really helpful and supports you with any doubts you may have. They also offer day tours at affordable prices—good prices if you compare them with the rest of the accommodations in Cuzco.

Apartment was not perfectly clean when I entered, kitchen could be better stocked and cleaner, the fridge, etc. Check for these things to be done before you arrive. I extended past my booking reso for several nights and satisfactory cleanings were made regularly.

Good value hotel within walking distance of the plaza de armas. Fernando at the desk was excellent and following my one night stay I had several tours, etc booked with him including a last minute maccu picchu for which I did not have tickets in advance. The excellent tour services are one reason to visit here even if not staying, they can just figure out your trip.

The shower left a lot of water on the floor and the basin leaked at the base. But the bedrooms were roomy and warm (if the sun was out)

Not the easiest place to find as down a back alley. Also there was a water outage during the evening we were there but this couldnt be helped and Fernando kept us informed of when it would be resolved - it was in time for the morning.

Staff very friendly and helpful and even gave us local recommendations. Initially we were going to have to share our apartment with other guests but they quickly agreed to change this to allow us to have it to ourselves which was great.

There were some ants on the floor of our room.

The owner was very helpful and gave us suggestions on transport. The property is very close to the centre but it’s quite quiet. The wifi was excellent.
