Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Lack of table space or the like for placing towels and clothing in the bathroom. Noises of door closing or chair moving from adjacent rooms.
Staff very friendly, room very clean.

The breakfast was kind of poor and the kitchen lady should get re trained! often essential stuff like bread would be missing and you would have to tell her in order to fill them sometimes more than once and while many people were having breakfast while she was just standing there and not doing something. The bathroom could use some shelves etc.
We really liked this hotel. It had a nice location, it was quite and very clean. The stuff in the reception were very nice and facilitating. We were able to check in earlier after a long night of travel. I liked the bed and I could sleep very well. we booked a 2nd stay in the hotel and stayed for many more nights and we were very happy. Good value for money!

Very clean and well kept. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Close walk to the main square. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Water and Gatorade available for purchase in the lobby. Breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located walking distance from the main square. The staff is absolutely amazing. One day we had to wake up early for our hike and without us telling them anything they had prepared bags of breakfast to take with us. Besides, the rooms are super clean and the breakfast is very reasonable. I think the people working at the hotel have OCD and they are clean and tidy, ofcourse very friendly and hospitable too. I’d stay here again if I visit cusco again. I tried other hotels throughout my stay and this was THE BEST!

I couldn't get consistent hot water no matter the time of day. In the morning I only got cold water and no hot water.

Really nice hostel and staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast (fresh fruit, cereal and eggs made to order) and the beds were super comfortable and cosy (fleecy sheets were a welcome surprise and definitely needed at this time of year). Hot water was mainly good, you just have to run the shower for a bit before it gets going. Overall great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

it was 10minutes away from the main square, therefore close to everything and far enough from the festival noise. The room was clean, staff super friendly and served a good breakfast every morning.

No critics whatsoever. For what we paid, we got an excellent deal. The only "critic" would be the location, which is good but not excellent! A little walk from the Plaza de las Armas but super OK, like 10 min walk.
Family-like hotel. Staff is a family that is extremely helpful and supported us in every way we needed. Breakfast was very good, Coca tea was available at all times. Clean bedroom, sheets, hot water, great wifi. Being able to leave our bags while we left for Machu Picchu and the laundry services were a big plus.

It is cold in the room, BUT it is like that everywhere in Cusco.
10 out of 10! Breakfast is excellent, various options. They have wifi for each floor, wifi is very good and quick. Location is also very good, very central, near San Blas so all the good food places are around. The staff os very helpful, friendly and lovely. Really amazing place.

We had quite a small room the 2nd time we stayed there but overall we really loved our stay here.
Good value for money and comfortable private rooms. We stayed here twice, the first time we had a big room, the 2nd time the room was a bit too small. They have big TVs with Netflix, perfect for relaxing after a long hike. The breakfast is decent too and they packed us a bag with snacks when we left early in the morning for a 5 day hike.

Room wasn't huge, but for a single traveller - not a big issue!
Location was great, nearby to lots of restaurants and places to shop. Bed was comfy and breakfast was really good. Most of all - the staff here were perfect. I arrived exhausted having travelled overnight, the staff were so accomodating and set me up with a room straight away even though it was way before the official check-in time.

The hotel charges an extra 5% fee on site not listed on booking. Hotel staff isn't there later at night and thus no way to enter property. The water at the shower was often cold water for long durations making it impossible to shower. Also there is no air-conditioning at the property (it isn't listed in description but often times could really use one)
The hotel offers luggage storage after your checkout time . The breakfast isn't terrible (but I guess that standard is low)

There wasn't a soundproofing at all - you could hear your neighbour to talk, cough, fart etc. The staff didn't speak English, not even a word.

The temperatures of the hot water varies a lot and it can take some time to get a hot shower. When booking, it is clearly stated that it is possible to pay with credit card. They also have a sign at the door stating that they accept credit cards. A few days before my stay ended, they changed my booking to fewer days (a later arrival date) without my knowledge or consent. When I wanted to pay, the receptionist said that I should pay in cash. That wasn’t possible for me and it resulted in a longer discussion where the receptionist after a while wanted me to pay half in cash and half with credit card. I ended up paying for everything with credit card, but it wasn’t easy.
Breakfast was alright and most of the staff were very kind.

My room was freezing cold. Also the hot water did not run for very long, but the main issue was that the rooms had no heating installed, so I was freezing under double blankets, and caught a cold on my first night.
All the people working there were super nice and helpful.
