We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe standard double room was a little bit small. It might not be very suitable for people having many luggage (more than two mid-size/large suitcases) to stay more than 2-3 days, but it all depends on how one is able to packing/unpacking.
Very good location, very nice staff. Everyone was eager to help. There is no coffee or water boiler in the room and we went to lobby to ask for help. The security guard and kitchen staff were eager to help filling boiled water to our water bottle and to lend us a water boiler. We arrived the Lima airport at the midnight and the hotel helped arranging a pickup taxi. Bedding was comfortable and the room was quite.

The location is amazing, really close to the best part of Miraflores. It is close to Larcomar and you can walk anywhere. It feels safe to walk around no matter the hour.
