We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceClean hotel in Miraflores. The staff were really helpful and big advantage the taxi service they have inside the hotel. The rooms are a bit small (like any ibis) but good enough for a short stay. Our room had ocean view also which is really nice. We would stay there again.

Room was comfortable albeit a little small. Maid service offered daily to make bed and clean up. Location between Miraflores and Barranco was good with many restaurants of Miraflores accessible within 10-15 minute walk. Street was noisy but windows did a good job of keeping things quiet. Breakfast was overpriced for what was offered, with more reasonable options available with a short walk.
