Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe had a leak on the sink that was dropping quite a lot of water. After reporting it to the reception, they sent someone to fix it, but they only cleaned very good and didn't repair the leak. Nothing so big, but the only reason I didn't give them 10 points
The hotel is big, clean and modern. The room had a good size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is well located with many restaurants nearby and a very big supermarket (Wong) a couple of minutes walking. Also not far from the center of Miraflores.

AustraliaHigh quality hotel in a really nice area of Miraflores. Lovely reception and the breakfast buffet was a real highlight as it changed daily and had so many options. Room was large with a big window that kept noise out for a quiet sleep. Bed was really comfy with amazing pillows, massive bathroom with really good shower. Tv had loads of cable channels. Nice rooftop bar area open on weekends that has lovely views. Hotel is surrounded by food options literally right next door and across the street.

Cleanliness, Location, friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast it’s great. This is a 3 stars property (no swimming pool, Gym, marble or big lobby) but with standards of 4 and some 5 stars hotels.

BrazilI missed a kettle (in the room or available for loan in reception). I like to drink tea at night before going to bed and this was missing.
The hotel is well located: although it is not in the middle of the main tourist attractions, you can quickly reach most of them on foot. It is in a beautiful residential area with many restaurants (large chains) nearby. I really liked the cleanliness and the room, which was spacious, with a window and a good bathroom. Very comfortable. They also let us store our bags on the day of check-out until it was time to go to the airport. Excellent breakfast.

AustraliaFor a country where the tap water is undrinkable (bottled water is a must in Peru), the hotel provides none. The bar downstairs has some small bottles for purchase, but this is a significant oversight.
The ibis styles in Miraflores is in a great location, within a very safe, relatively upscale residential neighbourhood. There are a number of international chain restaurants within walking distance, and a Starbucks next door! The rooms are clean and spacious; the breakfast was excellent; and the staff were professional (if not exquisitely friendly).
