CanadaWas really happy with this hotel however the breakfast was very dissapointing, of all the places we stayed in Peru this was the worst. I found out later you could order eggs to your liking but no where did they advertise this. Coffee undrinkable.
Super clean, English speaking staff, friendly, they were aware of who was coming and going, comfortable spacious rooms, nice shower. Central location, arranged our taxi’s for airport and to tour. Breakfast room and roof top pleasant space. No complaints except for breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent with many delicious options including a variety of fresh fruit and pastries, yogurts, etc. Having a water cooler on each floor was very nice. The restaurant had a very good menu and the food was reasonably priced. The friendliness of the staff stood out: Both the morning gentleman at breakfast and the waiter at the restaurant in the evening (wish I could remember their names) made it clear that they were there to make our stay special.

Amazing hotel! Everything seemed to be pretty new, well-cleaned, and organized. The room had a great space and the street was silent, so I didn’t have problems to sleep. Also, they offer water for free and the staff was very gentle. I would stay again in its accommodation for sure.

The property is clean, with a spacious room and a comfortable bed. It is well-located in Miraflores. The breakfast is very nice, offering a good variety of fruits. Free water filter in each floor which is a massive plus!

Czech RepublicDuring checkout (early in the morning, we had a morning flight) staff first go to your room to check the room - I don't know, is it so bad they don't trust us? Never had this experience before. And after all: they have my credit card and passport copy in case of some damage. This is very unpleasant to check the room, feeling like a thieves. And this was not a cheap or low class hotel! But maybe this is normal in South America, people just don't trust each other.

The hotel is clean (a positive point) and well-organized, with an excellent location. The breakfast is good, offering various options of fruits, typical foods (a positive point) and sweets. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. In particular, the employee present at breakfast on the 22nd and 23rd of November, 2024, was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Another positive point is the availability of water for consumption and bottle refilling.

CanadaRoom didn't have a view but that's minor. Can't think of anything else.
The location was very good, close to lots of eating spots etc. I requested and got a quiet room with blackout curtains. The included breakfast was a bit better than expected and the restaurant food was good enough that I did not have to eat outside. There is a drinking water dispenser on every floor and a mini fridge in the room. This was so convenient that I would return based on that alone. WIFI was stable and reliable. Most of the staff that I dealt with spoke good English which was great. Elevators worked so no struggling with luggage. Rooms have contemporary design and are well attended to by housekeeping.
