Overall for the price you pay this is a great hotel. Breakfast options limited but absolutely fine. Staff great. Location in miraflores great too.

We had hardly any hot water in the showers of an evening, barely warm.

What a lovely hotel, decorated very tastefully and cheery with very spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of fresh fruit, cheeses and meats, as well as the usual fare as well. The roof top terrace was great for an evening relaxing drink.

Water in showers were on luke warm at best.

A lovely boutique hotel decorated with style in mind. Friendly staff and in a district with lots of choice of restaurants. The rooftop terrace was excellent for a drink at days end.

The hotel could offer services of early checkin or late checkout.

The location is perfect for walking through Miraflores and also to visit the Barrancos and San Isidro neighborhoods. Breakfast is honest, the staff was friendly. The best part of this hotel room was the bathroom, which was spacious and very clean.

A little too basic for the price: It didn’t have much of a lobby or shared space to relax, have a drink, etc., and the room was also quite basic.

Breakfast was amazing. Loved the water stations on each floor with cold and hot water and appreciated having Netflix. Helpful staff.

Good location, close to coffee shops, restaurant, supermarket, feel safe. Simple and tidy room with amenities you need. TV connected to YouTube & Netflix. Water dispenser at each floor.

The view from the two rooms we stayed in over two separate trips was not great.

Great breakfast. Huge bed. Clean, comfortable. Quiet. Friendly staff. Taxi pick up.

Not a lot we didn't like. The main one was the pillows which were way too soft and didn't offer good support.

The hotel is really good, well located and properly maintained. We enjoyed the neighborhood a lot, lots of options for food and drinks and central to most touristic attractions. Hotel staff was helpful when needed (which was not a lot) and we didn't have any issues. Breakfast was pretty good and had a lot of variety and options. Breakfast times were also pretty convenient and not restrictive.

I expect a mediocore size room, but to my surprise the room assigned to me is big. The bed was comfy and the staffs are incredible. Also the breakfast is impressive.

Sometimes when coming back to the hotel room after 5 pm the hot water was very tricky and hard to find.

Very clean, nice comfortable rooms with all the amenities we needed. The stuff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of choices and daily changes. Would definitely visit again!

Thinking of something I did not like, but I could not find.

The stuff is unbelievable. They tried to accommodate us the best they could. Room and facilities were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We did not expect to have coffee maker, tea, hair dryer and money box to safe our money and documents. The breakfasts were very good with variety of options. We did not expect to be so comfortable for the money we pay. And another aspect is the LOCATION. We were so close to everything: good places to eat, walking distance to buy souvenirs, and super close to sea with unbelievable parks and places to walk. Highly recommended place.

Breakfast area seemed understaffed at times. It took a while for some dishes to be replaced.

Hotel is fantastic. Location is great, room lovely, shower hot and the breakfast was very good. The staff at reception were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. They have great English too. Especially Esther, who was really nice and helpful to me when I was preparing to go to the Cuban embassy for a visa. I have booked the hotel again for when I return to Lima before I leave Peru.
