We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe owner made changes to our reservation very last minute. As we were traveling by plane that day, it resulted in us finding out right before getting into the taxi. The changes were minor and still convinient for us but we would've appreciated to be notified more than a few hours ahead of time. The owner also assume we'd have internet to receive his last minute messages. If we didn't have the wifi at the airport we would not have known and the situation would've been more uncomfortable.
The proximity to the airport is great for one night of trasit if you arrive at Lima and leave the very next day.

Australiawe did not get the room we paid for but not really an issue. the windows didn’t open so it was extremely hot. If you stay you will need an eye mask as it is bright (and extremely noisy) at night. do not stay more than one night as the area is unsafe but suitable for long flight layovers
the host was very accommodating of our late check in and late check out. they coordinated taxis for us and it was nice and close to the airport. the venue was very clean.

IsraelThey took the money more than 24 hours before arrival in a money transfer app and when we got there they said we didn't have any reservation. It was very hard as the old guy that opened the door (looks like a private house in a run down area not a motel) didn't speak English..

Shocked that the room backed onto a small tall courtyard full of pigeons that stank and were trying to get inside the room! This meant one has to keep the window closed and Lima is hot/humid this timer of year

I stayed here for one night for a connection flight. The location was close to the airport. I booked when my flight got to the airport at 10pm and went by taxi in 3 min drive. The only thing is that you need cash to pay by arriving at this time, If you book in advance you can pay with credit card. The room was big enough, quiet and the bed was comfortable and big. The bathroom was clean.
