None of the staff spoke English but they were very helpful! The water pressure in the shower was very weak. Thank you.

The hotel is located in the heart of Miraflores at the touristic center of Lima. It is an old hotel but the owners try to maintain it as good as possible. The room, the bed and the bathroom are big and comfy. The stuff are also polite. The only negative is it doesn't have a lift, so if you carry luggages that would be a small issue. Other than than if you don't ask too much I think its VFM!!!

Good service at the desk, good taxi service from tbe airport and to bus terminal. The breakfast is nice though size limited due to the room service style. The room was was comfortable.

Cosy and comfy and huge! Nice breakfast, friendly staff. The only thing is if you are staying on the ground floor, it can be noisy at night from traffic outside, people at reception, and phone conversations. The bathtub also doesn't quite work (leaks water faster than it fills), shower is nice. Otherwise, a nice stay!

Our bathroom had a terrible smell No shower curtain which made the floor wet and slippery after a shower. The bathroom is small old and cramped. Wifi was not very good. Room gets warm at night

Room and bathroom could be cleaner. The spa bath is ridiculously small, barely fits one person, photos are misleading. Breakfast also could be better.

My first room smelled like humidity a lot, but I told the staff and was transferred to a better one. I do feel like they need to vent the toilets a lot more though. Location was not very central, but for the price, it was really above expectation.

The wifi sometimes cuts and the first day I stayed in 102 room, I couldn't fall asleep because I could feel the light in the corridor and since it's closed to the corridor, I could hear noises when people come and go out. It wasn't pleasant and I asked to change the room the other day and on the second floor, it's better.

The hotel is well situated in the Miraflores district and the reception is really nice. I was travelling alone and I joined a one day trip to Ica, information provided by the hotel, I recommended this trip!

The first day when I arrived, I was in a room of the first floor, the light in the corridor was reflected in the room, and I couldn't fall asleep.

The reception is very nice, and nice area to go out. There is breakfast is included. When I changed to the room on the second floor, it's much better.

Room was really smaall and did not have a/c, but only a fan. Air flow in the room was quite limited making it pretty hot. No linear tv channels available, but only netflix etc. via internet.

Super clean room and premises. Coffee, tea and drinking water (dispenser) freely available 24/7. Basic light breakfast available to the room with eggs, few breads, glass of juice and coffee as per selection. Good location with short walking distance from Park Kennedy. Artesan brewery within 30m and whole in the wall pizzeria next door.

The bathroom could use renovation. The room has a nice big bath which we wanted to take advantage of, but the hot water tank is only large enough to fill it about 30%.

The room was very large woth a Kingsize comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and efficient. Breakfast was simple but good. Location is great. Overall, value for the price we paid was great

The black mold in our room, bathroom and hallways. We talked to the front desk and informants her if it. She said she could do anything about it, no rooms available to change and that we had to stay in there. Breakfast was not that great wither. Very disappointed in this black mold situation as it affected our breathing, the lights didn’t shut off all the way.

The wifi did not work in our room, and they made no effort to resolve the issue, until the second night out of our 3 night stay offering for us to do work in another room, or move if we'd like. I had to go to an Internet cafe to work because of the inconvenience. Also, the water pressure was lowered and there was no water 2 out of our 3 nights, which was extremely inconvenient as well. And they fixed the issue when we were leaving. There is great room for improvement, I just would not like to stay there again.

The bed was big and comfortable with clean sheets, there was an air conditioner.
