The reason i booked this hotel was because it had free hotel shuttle advertised on booking after a 3 night stay but the hotel said they had no knowledge of the promocion

Having read other guests reviews, I booked The Level for me and my two adult children after travelling in Peru. It exceeded our expectations with us of gym, sauna, swimming pool and so much to eat at any time of the day with help yourself bar in the evening. They kindly stored our luggage whilst we explored the city before catching our evening flight

The only comment I have is the gym could do with a bit updating.

Great location - with easy access to transportation, costal paths, shopping plazas ands parks. Spacious, light and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. A special call out to Valeria and Kelly who looked after us in The Level and were always willing to help us with our Spanish and answer our queries.

Nothing - it was perfect.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! The room was immaculate and comfortable, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again - I miss it already! Breakfast buffet was excellent and the hotel decor was tasteful. Even the smell of the rooms was lovely.

Booking.com should make it clearer that there is a 10% service charge that is added on checkout.

Our room was on The Level which was super. The staff and facilities in the lounge were excellent. Special mention to Apu, Kelly, Valentin and Luz for looking after us so nicely. Great customer service ethic in all the hotel. Our room was large, comfortable and well sound-proofed. Nice area of the city close to an upscale plaza and not far from the lovely coastal path.

Easy access to LIM airport and elsewhere of Lima. GREAT VALUE for the quality of stay + TREMENDOUS SERVICE by the staff, Glover, Vanesa, concierge team. Always stay in this hotel even for 1 night before working in another hotel. walking distance to Salaverry plaza where you can get anything and great exchange rate at the Western Union in B1.

The Gym could do with a bit of updating.

Great stay and location for city attractions, costal paths and lots of amenities. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, nice bathrooms and hot showers. Staff friendly helpful and a special call out to Kelly Valeria who looked after us at The Level Lounge. Great food, good value and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Last night stay dinner experience. The cook could do better.

Overall, the staff and facilities are excellent. Worth for the amount paid. Breakfast great and wide choice. However, I was disappointed with the quality of cheviche served. I have expected more and better quality. Being Local food and one of the pride of Peru. Otherwise, overall it is good! I would like to commend the receptionists, Luz and Alexander who were very WELCOMING and accommodating and made our stay comfortable. We were given room upgrade on the last night which were very much appreciated. Just what we needed after few days in Cusco.

The hotel was beautiful, the room and bathroom were spacious and modern. I love the welcome pastry and there were good TV options. I only stayed for one night before my international flight back home but if I return to Lima, I would stay here again.

The only thing I really struggled with was the surrounding hustle and bustle. The hotel is close to a busy road, and I fell asleep to the sound of busy traffic, and was woken up again by it in the morning...

From the available photos the hotel did not make any special impression on me, but I gave a recommendation to a friend who had stayed here before and I am glad for it. She was right. The accommodation was really nice and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was plentiful.
