Receptionist was kind, friendly and accommodating. The owner was also very kind and helpful. Beautiful garden and terrace. Recommend the upstairs rooms with private bathroom as the other rooms are a little dingy. Great value for money and staff are lovely. Very central too! Recommend while in Cusco!

I stayed almost 5 nights here. A small single room with privacy for a very low price. The owner is very friendly and fatherly. The takes care of the guest very well.

The bathroom was very small. The room door didn't close unless locked, but if locked from the outside it couldn't be unlocked from the inside and viceversa, which is not ideal if there's more than one guest - when one was in the room and the other wasn't we had to leave the door unlocked and it would be blown half open by the wind.

The location is slightly out of the city center (10-15 walk) but it felt safe and local.

Staff were excellent and the rooms on the top floor were cosy with an open common area. Bathroom was shared amongst the 4 rooms but it was always clean with hot water.

Cheap price, great location, the loveliest owner and staff. Felt welcomed and greeted with a smile every time. Laundry service is a good price & ready very quickly. Bags were stored for free while we did trips. We didn’t try breakfast but it looked great. Able to use fridge in kitchen to store food overnight for trips.

The hotel is located very close to the city center of Cuzco, you can reach the Plaza de Armas in 5min. The staff is very friendly, thank you Santiago! You can order a very good breakfast in advance and eat on the roof terrace. We would definitely recommend it!

Our room was directly behind the reception desk so there was a light on all night that was visible through the large windows on the door. They were covered by curtains but still pretty light. I had an eye mask so it wasn't a problem.

Super friendly staff. They allowed us to pay an extra fee, 90 soles, to stay until 7:30pm so we could wait until our night bus to check out which was awesome.

Everything - the owner is the nicest person ever. So accommodating and makes you feel so welcome. The location is perfect. The value for money is amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable with comfy and warm beds. Hot water for the shower. Flexible check in and check out. Amazing breakfast for a small additional charge if ordered the day before. Luggage storage service. We left our big bags while we went to the Amazon and then came back and arrived at 8am off a night bus and we were able to check in early and our bags were in our room waiting on us. There's also a laundry service. I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. We extended our stay twice!

The window isn’t sealed properly so it’s a bit cold in the night.

We stayed two different room. Highly recommend the roof-top double room with private bathroom. Hot shower every day, spacious room enough for three people, hot water for making coca tea and friendly staff. The manager helped us find the minibus to bus terminal. Good location which is quite close to St. Pedro market.

Nothing particularly, but I would say the 10 stars is mostly based on the service and friendliness of everyone from the cleaning staff to the owners. If you're expecting 5 star luxury, this is not the place for you. If you want somewhere affordable to get a good night's sleep and to feel welcome in between exploring Cusco or going on tours this is it. Eating out was so cheap and with great options we didn't use the kitchen other than making some breakfast. There were signs saying use of kitchen is 10 soles a day, but as we didn't cook evening meals or use fridge, I don't know if this is enforced, but I don't think it was stated on Booking.

The friendly service, especially the owner. We arrived overnight to Cusco by plane, arrived about 7am in the morning and he let us check in straight away so we were able to catch up on some sleep. I think I've never enjoyed such an early check in. We decided to rebook with them after a couple of days in Ollantaytambo and a night at Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu), we arrived very late Monday evening because of a 5 hour delay with the train. He had arranged a tour on our behalf to Rainbow Mountain, leaving early Tuesday morning. He immediately asked if we wanted to cancel it (I think he may have already gone to bed as someone else on the reception desk let us in, and he had got up especially). That was great, we didn't even have to ask or feel bad about cancelling at the last minute as he suggested it. The next day one of his staff happily arranged for us to do the tour a day later instead. We love Cusco and would happily stay longer. Just as we'd been able to leave most of our bags in a locked storage area for free when we went to Ollantaytambo, likewise when we checked out the second time, we were able to leave all our bags there and even chill out there in between doing things in Cusco before getting a night bus to Bolivia. We were even able to help ourselves to the free tea. Oh there was a nice rooftop area to hangout too, one part open and the other covered with clear plastic.

Comfortable beds. Pleasant staff. Really nice common area upstairs. I enjoyed my morning coffee there. We were able to store our luggage whilst trekking to other places, which was really handy.
