Towels were like sandpaper, they need to use fabric softener, shower curtain did not keep water off the floor, they need the plastic sheet, the key was very difficult to unlock the door-looks like the keyless entry no longer works on the doors, no lights in the hallways at night, has to use my phone flashlight. Maybe add a shelf in the shower for soap? Overall it was a fine accommodation, but for the price it seems like it needs some updates.

Location was great. Staff packed me breakfast when I had to leave early for a tour.

We stayed a few days but most guests were on organised treks, so overnight stay generally. We didn't think there was enough consideration of facilities, eg tea, coffee in room, more extensive breakfast, it was basic. For lo get staying guests.

Noise. It is a hotel favoured by tour groups, so expect noise from groups leaving early and noise from outside.

1st room no daylight and lots of noise. No gluten free bread at breakfast.

Travelling alone I was worried and met so many lovely people and helpful staff. One room had no window and overlooked noisy atrium. Next one was great with terrace and splendid view.

We had a room with a terrace. Knowing that two people would be coming I would have assumed that the hotel staff would make sure there were 2 chairs on the terrace. I called and asked for a second chair so that we could enjoy the terrace... the answer I got was " We will see what we can do" Our stay ended and the chair never came...nor a table. The adjacent room had a table and chair. So, that part was disappointing.

The breakfast buffet was great. Fresh fruits and great coffee. Great options. Kind and helpful staff. Warm water in the shower (great) Views (wonderful) heater in the room (helpful) Location ( just minutes to the Square) Staff ( helpful: flight was in the evening and I could leave my luggage in the storage)

The room was cold, not well insulated as it’s in an older original building. The floor was very cold although they did have a space heater.

Room was very cute, balcony was charming with a nice view. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Coca tea available whenever. Breakfast was basic but good, it started at 5:00 am early to have something before an early morning excursion.

while not applicable to our stay, having a noisy neighbour or even someone who comes and goes a few times would be heard very easily in the room. our room had a great terrace but it was also facing the Main Street so there was some noise in the evening and the morning - worth it for the terrace though

Hotel was clean and close to sights in the central historic district. Our room had a really lovely large terrace with expansive views towards the historic centre, which caught the morning sun and was a great place to relax. the hotel is clean, and the front desk staff are polite. breakfast had nice fresh fruits and coca tea. the shower had good water pressure and hot water.

The blankets were wool and having slight allergy to wool it made me uncomfortable at times but it is just a minor inconvenience. And although we are a married couple we were assigned two beds (we had another stay earlier at this hotel via a tour and it was also two beds) we didn't care too much being too tired after Inka trail but I believe it's better to ask before assigning a room.

The beds were not comfortable at all, the walls were paper thin, so use ear plugs, and there was an auto- light outside our room in the street that turned on and off all night.

We enjoyed breakfast which was included in our stay. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Everything was cleaned well. Towels and basic toiletries were provided. There was a storage room for our bags while we hiked the trail or checked out and needed to store our bags. Also, my husband got attitude sickness and they called us an ambulance and were very caring and helpful.
