Good location, only 4 mins to the local market. Super clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, when I check the shower water is not hot, the lady comes to the unit and figure it out immediately! Enjoy the hot shower it’s the most important thing for me. And she let me to put my backpack after I checkout, really nice.

Fantastic place to stay close to San Pedro market. Extremely good value for money. Half the price of the previous place I was staying and a much better room with lots of space and netflix on the TV!

Communication only in Spanish but that still works with translations

The people at the accommodation are really nice, helping with all inquiries. Even though they only speak Spanish, we could solve everything and could even store our luggage for some days during our trek. The hostel is located in a quiet surrounding but still only 10 minutes walking to the main places.

I really enjoyed my stay at Qolmay -- especially because it's located a bit further from the city center (just a short walk to San Pedro market) and therefore a bit quieter and less busy. :)

They wanted us to pay a 15% commission on top of the advertised price, because that is what they have to pay to the booking platform. We refused to pay the commission because that is not how the system works. This encounter made the remainder of our stay uncomfortable.

There is no kitchen/cooking facilities, but aside from that Qolmay Hostel was a great choice for the 9 nights I spent in Cusco.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walking from San Pedro Market and 10 from the city central square - Plaza de Armas. Very clean and private rooms, and accommodating and polite staff.

The hostel was amazing! clean, big for a single bed. There was Netflix on the TV. The owner was an amazing lady, very flexible and friendly. I ended up staying longer than expecting. The property it’s 12 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas.

Hotel opened its doors few months ago, everything is new and the owner is very helpful and flexible for check in/out time. At the reception you can find free tea and you can leave your luggage after you do check out. Room was nice, bed comfy and warm, good bathroom and hot shower.

It was my first days in Cusco. It was rainy days, and it was cold in the room. I didn't had hot shower. The kids playground is just behind the window. So at the day time it is noisy and if you have a jet lag it is not comfortable. And location is next to big local market far from any turist cafes. It is not what I really wanted. But for somebody it can be intresting.

It was clean. The people who work there are very kind and they don't speek English. They helped me with everything, had given me better pillows and helped with lugagge. Thank you.
