Objectively fine hotel. Great price with a nice breakfast. There is a 5% surcharge for using credit card that we were not aware of. Thankful for the laundry service and baggage storage

The only issue was the hot water in the shower - or lack of it. Usually, there was some hot water after running the water for a bit, but sometimes it only lasted for about 30 seconds, sometimes for several minutes and sometimes none came at all. After the hot water ran out, all we got was freezing cold water, which made showering a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean with a basic, but included a decent breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for something. The beds are comfortable and the wifi was good when I needed it for remote work.

The place is at a blind alley, but that's not something the accommodation can do anything about. Other than that, all good 😊

Fantastic hotel, let us check in very early (6am), looked after our bags whilst we went to machu pichu and arranged a taxi to the airport. Great breakfast, great location, lovely rooms and very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Only downside was that the walls were thin so you heard people walking and talking down the hallway and in adjacent rooms

Great little hostel down a side street which made it really quiet. Everything was clean, the staff were helpful and breakfast was great with bread, ham, cheese, spreads, cereals and eggs every second day.

Nothing - it was an exceptional stay for us.

This was our favourite stay in Peru - it was an excellent location, as two backpackers, as it was close to the main square, lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants nearby to enjoy. The hostel itself was wonderful and quiet. The staff were always super friendly and we had the best breakfasts. We did the Salkantay Trek and they offered to keep our bags for 5 days which was very generous. We stayed there twice and we would stay there again!

It was a pleasant stay.

The location was very good, given the hills in Cusco. Situated on a very quiet pedestrian street. Close to the main square and all the restaurants. The room was very clean, hot shower, good wifi. Breakfast with guacamole was much appreciated! Very helpful hosts, especially Marco, who saved our stay, helping us buy the trips that we wanted in the last minute! after being let down by a tourist agency from the city...besides, they kept our luggage during our 2 nights in Machu Picchu. Thank you, Marco!

The hostel was very well located, a few minutes from the main square in a small pedestrian only street. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Just have to keep in mind that most tours start early in the morning (5am and breakfast starts at 6:30am), so you don't always make breakfast. The room had everything that was needed. Plus it was cleaned by the staff every day.

For the money, I felt it was an exceptional place to stay. Some may find the facilities of bit rudimentary, however, everything is included.

Very comfortable beds. Also, hostel is tucked away from the main roads, so very quiet. Saw quite a few others that were on main roads with lots of traffic/honking. Place was very simple but clean.

The location is very central and definitely in the best place for a tourist. The only downside was it was down a side street (very safe) but there was so much dog poo all the time. Like everywhere. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but it wasn’t the nicest experience to walk through everyday.

It is in a good location close to all shops and restaurants. The hostel is in the narrow valley, but it is very safe and litted. Also, you can grab a taxi just from the narrow street.

Stayed here for 2 nights after Salkantay and didn’t sleep well - the hostel doors slam and the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear everything. My room didn’t have any lamps, I had to keep the big light on during the evening when I was in the room so it wasn’t particularly cosy (a small issue I know but damn I hate big lights). Also, none of the staff speak English which can make communication a little difficult, but nothing that Google Translate can’t fix!

The free breakfast is the best I’ve had in Peru so far - pancakes, guacamole, 3 different juices, fresh bread and jam. Showers are hot with good water pressure and there’s plenty of blankets for cold nights. There’s also free luggage storage which is helpful!
