There was unexpected extra 10% of charge on the top of my daily rate which I was forced to pay. it should be already included in the hotel rate when I was booking it. I didn't expect that.

The hotel was in a good location in the heart of Miraflores. Everything looked quite new, like in the pictures. Nice breakfast.

The shower was just as temperamental as it was during our first visit: every 30 seconds it would let out a blast of very hot water, followed by very cold water. In between these blasts the temperature remained constant. Check-out was confirmed at noon, but the housekeeper tried to get us out of our room at 11:30. Staff has been informed so hopefully it shouldn’t happen again.

This was our second time stay at this Radisson Red, at the end of our month-long trip through Peru. I was already satisfied the first time, but this time our stay was even better. Instead of two double beds we had a room with a very comfortable king bed. These rooms are further away from the elevators and therefore a lot more quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent climate control. The breakfast remains outstanding and staff is very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

They were doing some renovation work in one of the rooms nearby ours, which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were planning to sleep in on one of the days, but other than that all good

I was at first a bit skeptical about whether or not to book this hotel as the interior looked a bit too quirky for my taste on the pictures. However, I am happy we did stay here. We ended up liking it so much that we stayed here when we returned to Lima. Miraflores is great to stay in: close to the coast, many restaurants around and convenient enough to get to all the sights of interest. Also the hotel itself is very nice: comfortable bed, hot showers and one of the best breakfast services we had on our trip.

Computer system for check in was SO slow

Only stayed 2 nights but wish we’d stayed longer. Great hotel. Staff are really helpful (very very slow computer system though). Facilities are great, lots of food options. Atmosphere is great. Would definitely recommend

Do not have food ever ordered to your room... The grease filled food was unedible, just put it outside the room almost untouched & after telling the staff 3 times no one cared to resolve and just there to take your money. The rooftop a nice experience but food is very average.

The food is not good here except for the breakfast. Maybe it's the attention unlike the rest of the food experience here. The night staff guy is amazing and I wish you had 10 of him. :)

Twice we had problems with the room services. Some informations didn’t meet what the hotel’s menu proposed, some people of the staff informed some things and after other people correct them. Not a good experience with the room service.

Great location and excellent room. The bed and the shower are very good. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, there are 5 options of plates to choose, all of them are very good.

Room was on the small side, there was not really much room to open up two suitcases. The shower was a bit temperamental: usually it was fine, but about once a minute it would shoot first one very hot and then a very cold blast of water.

Friendly staff in a new and well maintained hotel. Excellent beds, large tv. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The bathroom was large with a strong shower. Well within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions in Miraflores.
