United KingdomWe used the laundry service which was more expensive than most other providers (but more convenient), although a few socks and smaller items didn’t seem to come back.
Staff extremely attentive and helpful, spoke perfect English. Room very clean and large, great shower with good water pressure and heat. No complaints, exceptional value for money! We stayed in a few (more expensive) hotels in Cusco, and we definitely preferred Saska over them.

Puerto Rico15 min walk to the Plaza de Armas but on your walk you can see shops, markets, etc. there is a lot of movemenr so we didnt mind the walk.
Exceptional staff!! Luis and Roney were the best!!!!!!! they provided us with tips, took great care of us, were so attentive and so nice that we just enjoyed arriving at the hotel and talked to them in the lobby. The room was spacious, moderm and very clean. Great breakfast with eggs, potatos, ham, cheese, fruits, juices, teas, etc. Each day we had a tour, they prepared breakfast boxes for us to take to our tour. The have a coffee shop besides the hotel called Cafe 7 that we really enjoyed! It was our go to coffee everyday. Great expresso and quality of coffee. The owner, Hiram, was very nice and we also enjoyed talking to him while enjoying the coffee. I really enjoyed this hotel and its staff. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and organized a taxi for our transfer from Cusco airport to the hotel. They were quick to respond to some other issues that we had as well. The breakfast was delicious too.

We would always stay at Saska again! The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms very modern and clean. Also the hotel offered laundry service with a fair price and helped us organize some tours. But the best about our stay was the lovely and attentive staff. Luis, Rony and Angel were always there to help and took great care of us! The service would also be the decisive point why we would choose this hotel again!!

this is a good location for those coming or going to airport. We had previously stayed in the old part of Cusco and while it had a lot of restaurants and sights it was super noisy starting at 5 am. Not here. Little bit closer to airport and not so much chaos early morning. It was clean and modern. Liked the minimalist decor.

Literally...Everything!! We stayed 5 nights and everything was perfect! The room was amazing and clean, the mattress one of the best I tried , the staff super friendly , the location is just a 10 by walk from the principal attractions but it was a pleasure for us to walk around and very close to the bus station for eventually tours from Cusco. The breakfast is the same you can find in the 5 stars hotels and if you have to leave very early the hotel ( for example for excursion ) you can ask the box lunch ! In the hotel you can find also a tour operator , we booked last day one experience with them and it was well organized and cheaper than others you can find with other big tour operator. ( they use modern vans, very nice guides and everything is safe! ). I really suggest to book in this hotel! A piece of my heart is still there, in the terrace of my room with my cup of mate de coca looking Cusco City !
